Brothers, God is the Source of LIFE. But where is this God if there are millions of other gods/allahs? There are only 33 mln of allahs in India! Let’s find out what Bible has to do with prophecies and miracles. Bible itself agrees that people are endowed with the power or foresight to prophesize and forecast future even if the person is not a Prophet or man god. John 7:38 (New International Version) 38 Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.” Footnotes: a. John 7:38 Or me. And let anyone drink who believes in me.” As Scripture has said, “Out of him (or them) will flow rivers of living water.” Here Bible Jesus says (as scripture has said) if he was right in saying that scripture said this can you point out in the Old Testament scriptures where its located? In this statement, we have to have a fulfillment that was a fulfillment of–what? How could there be a fulfillment of scripture when the OT never mentioned it (as far as I know, maybe you know better) ?????? Bahira answered: Brother, The metaphor ‘God is living water’ is well known from the narrative about Jesus and the Samaritan woman at the well in John 4. It also forms the background of John 7 where Jesus invites anyone who is thirsty come to Him and drink. He invites you Ibrahim and every Arab and Muslim to come to Him and believe in Him! It means that we are living like in the desert of our life and the source for our life is the living water or God. Or in other words GOD Himself! In Jer 2:13 God is described as ‘a fountain of living water’ as opposed to the foreign gods who are like ‘cracked cisterns that can hold no water’ which describes God as the pool of hope for every Arab and Muslim and Jew. Revelation 22 The River of Life 1 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2 In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. 3 And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. 4 They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads. 5 There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. The Time Is Near 6 Then he said to me, “These words are faithful and true.” And the Lord God of the holy prophets sent His angel to show His servants the things which must shortly take place. 7 “Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.” 8 Now I, John, saw and heard these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel who showed me these things. 9 Then he said to me, “See that you do not do that. For I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren the prophets, and of those who keep the words of this book. Worship God.” 10 And he said to me, “Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand. 11 He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.” Jesus Testifies to the Churches 12 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.” 14 Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. 15 But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie. 16 “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.” 17 And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely. A Warning 18 For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; 19 and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. Do you know what does it mean: “He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.”??? It means that God who is the living water will live in our hearts. God will control our lives to make us perfect and holy children of God to prepeare us to enter into the presence of God. Because the Kingdom of Heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people! Brother, you said: “This verse does not talk about the son Jesus. ” But the fact is that Jesus makes Himself equal to the Father! That’s why He is calling Himself as the Living Water or the Lord/God!!!! Look, God Jesus said: “I and My Father are ONE.” John 10:30 Here its clear that Lord says. 13. For my people have committed two evils: 1. They have forsaken the Lord. 2. The fountain of living waters (Lord). God was called the Fountain of living water in the Old Testament (OT). In the New Testament Jesus claimed to be the living water. “I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts.” So, I told you that Jesus claimed by this statement and in conversation with woman at the well in John 4 that He is God and equal to the Father! But WHY did He claimed to be the Lord then? Because He openly stated to be EQUAL to God or better to say GOD Himself! Ibrahim salam, I LOVE what you said: “I would appreciate you do not kick the father god out with your reasoning.” Thank you brother. I would even pay money to you to hear it from you!!!! I am not kicking the Father from His reign in His Kingdom but I want to tell you that His Son has power in the universe. Let’s read about it: 5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. 8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. 9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:5-11 20 But now Christ is risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. 21 For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. 23 But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ’s at His coming. 24 Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. 25 For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet. 26 The last enemy that will be destroyed is death. 27 For “He has put all things under His feet.” But when He says “all things are put under Him,” it is evident that He who put all things under Him is excepted. 28 Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all. 1 Corinthians 15:20-28 Let’s read it in Arabic: Brother, look what Jesus wanted to say: “Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.” John 7:38 It means: Ibrahim, if you will believe in God Jesus (as the Holy Scripture has said) then the rivers of living water will flow from within you. Because God (Ruh Al Quds) will live within you, inside of your heart. Because God said that many centuries before the birth of ‘Isa on earth that he –God- is a Fountain of Living Water. But why then Jesus claimed to be GOD!??? Equal to God by calling Himself the Living Water? Because as I told you earlier He OPENLY claimed to be God that’s why He was killed on the cross! Look again at His words: “I and My Father are ONE.” John 10:30 You said: “According to you (Bahira) Yahweh = The Father God . Definitely not the son god, the NT’s Bible Jesus.” Yes, The God is Father of God Jesus. But they BOTH are ONE God united and acting in unity. Now brother let’s read this prophecy about God Jesus: Isaiah 9:6 For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; and the government will rest on His shoulders; and His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. So, here we can see that one of the names of Jesus will be ETERNAL Father! How is it possible that the Son bears name Father? Or bears name MIGHTY God? Look another verse about God Jesus: Revelation 19:16 And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, “KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.” So again we see that He is the King and the Lord. Look again what God Jesus said: Revelation 22:13 “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.” Do you know that it is exactly the words of His Father in the Old Testament!!! His Father claimed to be the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end! Another prophecy for you Ibrahim: Daniel 7:13-14 “I kept looking in the night visions, and behold, with the clouds of heaven One like a Son of Man was coming, and He came up to the Ancient of Days And was presented before Him. “And to Him was given dominion, Glory and a kingdom, That all the peoples, nations, and men of every language might serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion which will not pass away; and His kingdom is one which will not be destroyed. Brother, you said: “Bahira. Please follow reasoning and logic. I am not talking to you for reverting you back to the true path of Allah SWT. NO. NOT THAT AT ALL. But in this 21st century you cannot take everyone for a ride with illogical, irrational beliefs.” But Ibrahim brother please explain me how is it possible to believe in islamic scriptures if they claim to be TALES in some sense: Islamic Jesus created a bird….monkeys… Ibrahim, in this 21st century DO YOU believe in illogical things and irrational beliefs???!!!! Why there is no madness in the God of the Bible???!!!! Because only He is the TRUE Allah to be worshipped by your heart and mind! Narrated Abu ‘Amir or Abu Malik Al-Ash’ari: that he heard the Prophet saying, “From among my followers there will be some people who will consider illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcoholic drinks and the use of musical instruments, as lawful. And there will be some people who will stay near the side of a mountain and in the evening their shepherd will come to them with their sheep and ask them for something, but they will say to him, ‘Return to us tomorrow.’ Allah will destroy them during the night and will let the mountain fall on them, and He will transform the rest of them into monkeys and pigs and they will remain so till the Day of Resurrection.” Sahih Bukhari 7:69:494 Narrated ‘Amr bin Maimun: During the pre-lslamic period of ignorance I saw a she-monkey surrounded by a number of monkeys. They were all stoning it, because it had committed illegal sexual intercourse. I too, stoned it along with them. Sahih Bukhari 5:58:188 God Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 Arabs and Muslims, be SAVED by God RIGHT NOW! Brothers, Islam and the Bible call Jesus as Kalimat-Ullah- WORD of Allah! Will you reject God by rejecting His SON? Look if you will reject Son, it means you dont believe in His Father Allah. It means you are AGAINST Allah. Islam came later after prophecies of Allah already existed that His Son Jesus will save the world from sins. So, what is Islam? ONE of religions. Look brother, there are millions religions and all they worship millions of gods which are called by God of Ibrahim as IDOLS. Way for people worshiping idols is hell. Islam is among them. Why? Because Islam makes God of our father Ibrahim a LIAR by claiming that there is NO Son of God. Islam is closing eyes of Muslims to the words of Allah. Which man on the earth is able to BEAR INIQUITIES of the world? Sins of people? How SERVANT canJUSTIFY many people? It is impossible for a man. But only for God! We worship perfect God. He DIED instead on us. His name is the most perfect – Jesus….Isa Ibn Allah…Isa Allah…Issa Al Massih. And He is God of our father Ibrahim. Turn from sins to HIM and LIVE eternally as son of God! Be saved right NOW How to LIVE with God Jesus? 2 Corinthians 7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, PERFECTING HOLINESS IN THE FEAR OF GOD. Hebrews 12:28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may SERVE GOD ACCEPTABLY WITH REVERENCE AND GODLY FEAR Fellowship with God means YOU Arabs and Muslims can be called sons of God. You can be forgiven of ALL your sins! You can be adopted by God THROUGH your Faith in His Son Jesus. Can you call Jesus the Son of God? Is He God in your life? Pray God right now And be saved! God is bringing Judgement. Return of the Lord Jesus and His Judgement day should make difference in our behavior. Live your best in purity. Be excited about meeting with the Lord. You should anxiously await with joiful anticipation of the Lord’s return. If your hearts is filled with anticipation, excitement and joy, it indicates that you are walking with the Lord. If you are NOT sure and confident that if you would die today you would go to Heaven, it means you need to get right with God. If you never said- YES- to Jesus, do it today! If you have fallen away from the Lord, come back to Him today. We will close with prayers: Father, we believe that Jesus is coming again. We believe we need to be ready. God has given Jesus authority and power, such that he is also divine and “God like”. This does not mean that Jesus knows everything God does, although he can speak to him directly & obtain answers – they do have different “brains”. It may also be the case that God hasn’t decided on an exact time yet, and will choose at his leisure. So basically there is God, Jesus, and the holy spirirt. All do God’s will and are divine by their implicit association with God the father – one is his son, the other a spirit specially sent by God. Each of them plays a different but important role in the destiny of mankind. God gave Jesus authority that no one may go to the father, but first through him. The trinity isn’t explicitly in the bible as far as i know, but the concept is probably still true. Jeusus does talk about God, himself and the holy spirit though – so that is trinity-like. I’m not too bothered about how the bible is interpreted in this instance. All I really care about, as a Christian, is that Jesus is the son of God, has been given authority over man, and is the key to spiritual salvation. I guess the key thing about having the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, is that because they all work for the Father and have been given authority by him, praying to Jesus is as good as a prayer to the father himself. So in that repect they can be regarded as “one”. They are also extensions of the father, in one way or another. I suppose because Jesus has authority over us, he is our God. He was also divine before he came to earth, like God the Father said, he is his only son! Send me. “Why are You Running Away from Me?” December 7, 2010 Pastor Tahir prayed for six days and three hours for Nalika’s healing. Witchdoctors gave Nalika’s husband, Pankaj, amulets, like these, to put around her arms and legs in an effort to provide a cure. This lady, like Nalika, was delivered from demon possession after much prayer. Nalika Kadam could see the fear in the face of the woman who was washing her dishes at the well. As she walked closer, the lady suddenly hurried to finish before Nalika could reach her. She quickly gathered her things and began to hasten away when Nalika called after her. “Why are you running away from me?” Nalika asked the lady. But Nalika already knew the answer. Almost a year ago, Nalika’s erratic behavior scared the entire village. Without warning, Nalika became possessed by an evil spirit—causing her to act like a lunatic. She bit people. She hurled stones and chased them with sticks and iron rods. She walked around naked, throwing off every piece of clothing and not allowing anyone to cover her up. Once, she even threw her nursing infant to the ground. Her mental state worsened to the point of uncontrollability. Nalika’s relatives kept her chained to a post for their protection and for her own. Nalika’s husband, Pankaj, tried his best to find a cure for his mad wife. He sold all his livestock to pay for medical treatments and spent all his earnings and savings on witchdoctors. They gave him bracelets with amulets inscribed with the names of gods and goddesses to put on her arms and legs, but despite all the religious rituals, Nalika continued to deteriorate. With desperation and hopelessness, Pankaj sought help from Gospel for Asia-supported missionary, Tahir Chavan. Pankaj went to Tahir’s house and pleaded with the pastor to come and pray for his wife’s healing. Pastor Tahir encouraged him from God’s Word, sharing the story of the demon possessed man from the book of Mark, chapter 5. Then he gathered nine believers from his church and went to Pankaj’s house to pray for Nalika. For three hours, Tahir and the believers continuously prayed for this young wife whose life had been so cruelly consumed. The next day, Pastor Tahir visited Pankaj and Nalika. To his amazement, Nalika’s family had some good news about Nalika’s condition. “Since the day she became insane she had never slept so peacefully the entire night. She used to stay awake most of the time. But yesterday after the prayer, for the first time, she went to bed at 10 p.m. and woke up only at 6 a.m.,” they told him. Encouraged by the report, Tahir told them that for the next six days he would continue to visit and pray for Nalika. On the third day, they noticed a remarkable improvement: Nalika was calm. They didn’t need to tie her hands with rope anymore for fear she would attack anyone who came too close. As the days passed and prayer continued, God restored Nalika’s mental state to normal. Surprised by her healing, everyone in the village marveled to see her sane. Nalika and her husband, Pankaj, committed their lives to Christ, and three others came to faith in the Savior through the miracle performed in Nalika’s life. Because of God’s miraculous deliverance, Nalika could say to the fearful woman she encountered at the well, “I am no more a mad person. I have been healed by Jesus Christ. Now I am a normal person like you.” From Demon-Possession to Bible College Student June 7, 2010 Just over a year before he enrolled in a GFA-supported Bible college, Sudeep was critically ill due to the bondage of demonic forces. If one were to see Sudeep sitting in class at a Gospel for Asia-supported Bible college, hungrily soaking up the teaching from God’s Word, they would never have guessed the state he was in just over a year prior. Before coming to know the Savior, Sudeep was demon-possessed for several years. The demonic activity gave him special powers to perform what people perceived to be miracles. The people in Sudeep’s village were afraid of him. But they also came to respect him as a spiritual leader in their traditional religion. Sudeep was honored in his society but lived out a dark existence: He was completely under Satan’s power, and it was destroying his health. And even for all of his “powers,” he was powerless to heal himself. Sudeep’s father spent a lot of money on treatment and consulted many doctors, but still his son was not cured. Sudeep’s condition was becoming worse each day, and his parents feared for his life. Then Sudeep’s aunt, Pritha, visited them during this desperate time. Seeing her nephew’s pitiful condition, Pritha discerned that he was possessed by evil spirits. She told Sudeep’s father about Jesus, the great Healer, and lifted Sudeep to the Lord for healing. God used the prayers of this godly woman, and Sudeep experienced complete deliverance. After seeing this miracle, the family started attending a local church. As Sudeep continued to learn about the One who had healed him, he came to place his trust in Christ and soon gave testimony to others of his new faith. He grew in his walk with the Lord and became involved in ministry with another pastor for a couple of months. A year after trusting in the Savior, Sudeep enrolled in a Gospel for Asia-supported Bible college. With a vision to serve the Lord among the unreached, he actively engaged in ministry along with his studies. Please pray for Sudeep to stay very close to his Savior and for the Lord’s abundant blessings on his ministry. And what a woman wants, needs and is looking for, is a man that denies himself in sacrifice, to present her (the wife) Holy and blameless like Jesus did with the church: “Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. After all, no one ever hated their own body, but they feed and care for their body, just as Christ does the church— for we are members of his body. 31 “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.” This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church. However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband. Lord, My prayer this morning, to you giving us wisdom, courage and hummbleness, to instead being looking to satisfy the desires and the passions that fight in our members and flesh, please, in the name of Jesus, teach us to surrent ourselves entirely in hummblelneess in front of your throne of grace! Lord, teach us that a woman is not a “thing” to have fun with, to fill up our holes and emptiness, to satisfy the desires of our flesh, BUT IS THE PERFECT HELPER you created for men, this word HELPER is used in the old testament to describe you Lord, what a word full of honor and dignity!! Our Selfishness Dear Father God, Sometimes we pray for only our own selfish needs not realizing that their others in the world worse off then us.Oh Lord,I pray for the sick,I pray for the poor and the needy,I pray for the broken hearted. I pray for the single mothers and fathers and even the married couples even they can have it rough out there. Oh Father I pray for the homeless without food eat or roof over their head clothes to wear in the cold winter. Most of all I pray that we come closer to you hear your words and be good children because you love us and want us to be close to you but not close to the things of this world or what the devil has to offer because he only wants our souls to destroy and he is the enemy. Dear Father I pray for us That for once we should listen to your needs and what you want from us only to listen and come closer and closer in the name of Jesus AMEN! AMEN!
