Who is Allah in Christianity?

Brothers,

Our brother Kamal Ibrahim El Gadi said,

“Bahira,

The Issue of TRINITY is an essential topic of difference among Christian Factions and groups… Catholics, Orthodox, Puritans, Protestant and others….”

Our brother Walid Saifaddin Ashour also said,

“And Trinity is also a myth, a lie that passes to Christians by force and blood in 325 AD.”

Brothers, it doesn’t matter how you would call the concept of who God is the TRINITY of TRI-UNITY. God is ONE. But Jesus is God. He is the Son of God. The Father is God. The Holy Spirit is God.

Why is it so difficult to understand who God is? Because God is not a human being. He is an Alien if you wish. He is the Supreme Being. We know about Him only what He revealed us about Him in the Holy Scripture. So, there is no reason to argue on this issue. We should just look at God in His Scripture and ACCEPT Him such as He is.

If we reject to accept that the Son is God, the Father is God and the Holy Spirit is GOD then we should know that God considers us in this case as unbelievers. If Jesus is not God then our FAITH is futile! And punishment for disbelief is DEATH. If we accept that God is the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit then we agree that God is HOLY and the ONE.  We can suggest who God could be. But we should NOT do it. We should ACCEPT His words about Him in FAITH. Without FAITH our religion, concepts, ideas are NOTHING.

But let’s consider today another statement of Walid:

“yet Jesus felt the pain and not God? Where do you people get this stuff? And is your God a sadist? He gets pleasure off of torturing and killing His son?”

Brothers, does God feel pain? Yes. Because He is  LONGSUFFERING! What does is mean? A person who is longsuffering is not quick to retaliate or promptly punish someone who has insulted, offended, or harmed him. Longsuffering is similar to patience and forbearance. It is the quality of self-restraint in the face of provocation. Forbearance is refraining from the enforcement of something that is due like a debt, right, or obligation. Longsuffering differs slightly in that its emphasis is on temperament.

God expounds such attributes as the Merciful One, the Gracious One, the Longsuffering One, the Mighty One, the Kind and Loving One, the True One, the One who Preserves Kindness, the Forgiving One, and the Chastising One.

Exodus 34:6  “And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, long-suffering, and abundant in goodness and truth”

God bears long and is slow to anger. Longsuffering is proof of God’s goodness, faithfulness, and His desire to grant us salvation. If we do not want to be saved and if we die in our sins then God is LONGSUFFERING. God relents from doing harm. His longsuffering is seen in His gracious restraint of His wrath towards those who deserve it. Despite the rebellious conditions of the world, He has  been waiting patiently for millions of Arabs and Muslims to come to repentance in Faith in His Son Jesus. That’s why many of these Millions of Arabs and Muslim-background believers are now children of God forgiven of their sins. Unlike man, God has the end in view. He is Omniscient. He has true insight, knows what is best. He is waiting patiently for you Walid and you Muslims to repent and believe in Him and His Son. Yes, you deserved to perish because you have committed countless number of sins and no one in Islam forgave them because Allah NEVER was in Islam. Yes, you are criminals and sinners who do not stop committing sins against God and people. But why you Walid are alive yet? Because God despite your rebellious life, is waiting for your RETURN when you will bring Him GLORY. He is slow to anger and desires to grant you salvation. H restrains of His Just WRATH towards you but His LOVE toward you makes Him to SUFFER because of you. Did only Jesus suffer for yours sake Walid? No. His Father and Ruh Al Qudus love you not less! Does God love Walid Saifaddin Ashour? Yes.We all know it. How can we know it? God said it in His Scripture. Did God said it in Islam? No. Does Allah in Islam claim to love Walid so profound  so he can remain alive and eventually transformed into His image? No. A slave could not be like Allah! But the son, called Walid Saifaddin Ashour, SHOULD be like God and His Son ‘Isa!!! To live with God in His Kingdom you SHOULD be HOLY, forgiven of your sins, purified like gold, dressed in white clothes of righteousness given to you by Jesus.

2 Peter 3:9  “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance and commit our hearts to God Jesus.”

Jesus Christ sets the standard of longsuffering. God Jesus bore our sins on the cross to make us free of them.

Summary: Why God is longsuffering? The source of His sufferings is LOVE.

I Corinthians 13:4 states, “Love suffers long and is kind.”

God SUFFERS long and is KIND to Walid, every Arab and every Muslim because God’s nature or essence is LOVE. There is no such statements in Islam because Allah was NEVER in Islam. Islamic Allah never claimed to be the God of Love!

God Jesus felt the pain on the cross. It was pain from insults, beatings, torture and SINS of millions of people. Because the HOLY God Jesus accepted the sin of the world to His HOLY body to make us FREE of our sins. Our God is not a sadist. He did not kill His Son jesus on the cross. Unbelievers did it. They refused to believe that Jesus is God and King that’s why they killed Him. But His Father resurrected Him. God get pleasure that His Son MADE us FREE of our sins! God gets pleasure that His Son Jesus TOOK our sins and died instead of us MAKING us FREE of our sins! God gets pleasure that his Son Jesus revealed the TRUE Nature/essence of God- LOVE! God did not torture His Son Jesus and did not kill Him. But SAVED us through our FAITH in Ibn Allah. The sin of the world should be punished by the JUSTICE of God. According to the words of God the punishment for sin is DEATH. So, Jesus died that we would NEVER die! He suffered that we would never suffer in hell for our sins. He was insulted that we would bring glory to His Father. Who is like our God of LOVE? He is ONE who loves us so infinitely!

2 Peter 3 (New King James Version)

2 Peter 3

God’s Promise Is Not Slack

1 Beloved, I now write to you this second epistle (in both of which I stir up your pure minds by way of reminder), 2 that you may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior, 3 knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, 4 and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.” 5 For this they willfully forget: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, 6 by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water. 7 But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
8 But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

The Day of the Lord

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.[c] 11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.

Be Steadfast

14 Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless; 15 and consider that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation—as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you, 16 as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.
17 You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked; 18 but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.

1 Corinthians 13

The Greatest Gift

1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. 2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.
4 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; 5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; 6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; 7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
8 Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part. 10 But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away.
11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things. 12 For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.
13 And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

God Jesus said,

“I am the way and the truth and the life.

No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

Contradictions in Islam and Qur’an

Alla

Dealing Justly with Wives and Orphans (Quran 4-3)

This article will examine a common misinterpretation of Quran 4:3, and evidence provided in the sahih ahadith as to the true meaning of this verse.

Quran 4:3

“And if you fear that you cannot act equitably towards orphans, then marry such women as seem good to you, two and three and four; but if you fear that you will not do justice (between them), then (marry) only one or what your right hands possess; this is more proper, that you may not deviate from the right course. ”

Qur’an 4:3

Islamist claims regarding 4:3

“….marry such women as seem good to you, two and three and four; but if you fear that you will not do justice (between them), then (marry) only one…”

Qur’an 4:3

Basic meaning of this verse

The Quran is the only Holy Book that contains the phrase “…marry only one.”

A common Muslim explanation for 4:3 is to give the above partial quote of the verse and explain that a Muslim man may marry up to four women. However, if he cannot deal justly with each of the wives then he has, he is forbidden to marry that many; and can marry only one wife, to prevent treating women unfairly. Muslims explain that the use of the word “Justice” or “Justly” (depending on which translation is being used) refers to the man’s ability to treat each of his wives exactly the same in every regard: not just materially (ie. food, clothing, shelter, time, money, etc..) but also that he must be able to love them all exactly the same. He must be able to feel the same amount of affection and love for each of his wives.

If he cannot do this, then, according to the Quran he cannot marry more than one wife.

The injunction against polygamy

And you have it not in your power to do justice between wives, even though you may wish (it)…”

Some Muslims will provide more evidence to back up their interpretation of 4:3 by giving the partial quote of 4:129 as above. Since Allah says that you can only marry (up to) Four women if you can deal Justly with them, and in 4:129, Allah tells us that men are unable to deal Justly with more than one wife. This means that men are generally not allowed to engage in Polygamy. However, Allah included the allowance for multiple wives under specific circumstances. These include war, gender imbalance in certain regions/countries & women’s preference.

After a war where a lot of men are killed, there are usually much higher numbers of women alive than men. In this case, men are permitted to take more than one wife, in order to reproduce at a faster rate than normal in order to repopulate the region. Women are more prevalent in some areas of the world, and men are also allowed to marry multiple wives when this is the situation, in order to ensure that every woman has a male partner and doesn’t have to fend for herself. Some women also prefer to be a second, third or fourth wife; thus polygamy is also allowed in order to accommodate the desires of these women.

But as a general rule, as stated, men are prohibited from engaging in Polygamy unless absolutely necessary.

‘Quran-only muslim’ explanation

Quran-only Muslims (those who reject the ahadith altogether, except when it is necessary in order to explain an Islamic Pillar) give an explanation of 4:3 as being an injunction against Polygamy under any circumstances. They back their claim up by quoting 4:129

And you have it not in your power to do justice between wives, even though you may wish (it), but be not disinclined (from one) with total disinclination, so that you leave her as it were in suspense; and if you effect a reconciliation and guard (against evil), then surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

Qur’an 4:129

The reasoning continues that a man can never treat his wives equally, thus 4:3 means: Don’t treat orphans unfairly, by marrying their mothers in order to gain access to the wealth that the orphans will inherit when they come of age. Then 4:3 changes the topic, mid ayat and tells men that they can marry up to four free (believing) women, but if they cannot treat them fairly, then they can marry only one. Then 4:3 goes back to who they are allowed to marry, and says they may also marry Captives (from their Right Hands), but that the injunction from the previous part of the verse still applies.

Ie. Don’t mistreat orphans by marrying their mothers to get their wealth >> Men Can marry Believing women; 2 or 3 or 4 >> If you can’t treat them all exactly the same (fairly) then they can only marry one. >> Men can also marry their Captives but “treat them fairly” rule still applies.

Evidence as to the real meaning of 4:3

Problems with the apologetic interpretation

The main issue with the above interpretation of 4:3 and the claim regarding 4:129 , is that proponents of these interpretations must quote the verses out of context in order to “explain the meaning.” They quote a small portion of the verse(s) and and use it to suit the explanation. However the interpretation that they give ignores the majority of the verse(s); and renders the whole verse(s) nonsensical if read in context.

Those who explain the two verses completely as an injunction against Polygamy would have to dismiss all sahih ahadith as not being authentic, for no other reason than it contradicts their own interpretation of the verse. They would also have to admit that 4:3 is badly written and not clear in its intended meaning. By doing this, they would contradict Muslim belief that the Quran is a perfect literary masterpiece, that could not have been written by any human being. In order for the Quran to remain the literary masterpiece claimed, and this explanation to be correct, the verse would be more properly written thus:

Quran 4:3 And if you fear that you cannot act equitably towards orphans, then do not marry their mothers. Instead, marry other women; believing women or captives from your right hand; two or three or four. But if you fear you cannot do justice between then, then marry only one. This is better for you than to deviate from the right course.

Most apologists, because of this, will avoid answering any questions as to the meaning of the whole verse(s) in order to stick to their own interpretation.

Evidence From sahih ahadith as to the meaning of 4:3

The True meaning of Quran 4:3 is explained to us by Aisha in Bukhari’s Sahih ahadith collection:

Narrated ‘Urwa bin Az-Zubair:

That he had asked ‘Aisha about the meaning of the Statement of Allah: “If you fear that you shall not Be able to deal justly With the orphan girls, then Marry (Other) women of your choice Two or three or four.” (4.3)

She said, “O my nephew! This is about the orphan girl who lives with her guardian and shares his property. Her wealth and beauty may tempt him to marry her without giving her an adequate Mahr (bridal-money) which might have been given by another suitor. So, such guardians were forbidden to marry such orphan girls unless they treated them justly and gave them the most suitable Mahr; otherwise they were ordered to marry any other woman.” ‘Aisha further said, “After that verse the people again asked the Prophet (about the marriage with orphan ‘girls), so Allah revealed the following verses:– ‘They ask your instruction Concerning the women. Say: Allah Instructs you about them And about what is Recited unto you In the Book, concerning The orphan girls to whom You give not the prescribed portions and yet whom you Desire to marry…” (4.127)

What is meant by Allah’s Saying:– ‘And about what is Recited unto you is the former verse which goes:– ‘If you fear that you shall not Be able to deal justly With the orphan girls, then Marry (other) women of your choice.’ (4.3) ‘Aisha said, “Allah’s saying in the other verse:–‘Yet whom you desire to marry’ (4.127) means the desire of the guardian to marry an orphan girl under his supervision when she has not much property or beauty (in which case he should treat her justly). The guardians were forbidden to marry their orphan girls possessing property and beauty without being just to them, as they generally refrain from marrying them (when they are neither beautiful nor wealthy).”

Sahih Bukhari 3:44:674

Narrated Az-Zuhri:

Urwa bin Az-Zubair said that he asked ‘Aisha about the meaning of the Quranic Verse:–

“And if you fear that you will not deal fairly with the orphan girls then marry (other) women of your choice.” (4.2-3)

Aisha said, “It is about a female orphan under the guardianship of her guardian who is inclined towards her because of her beauty and wealth, and likes to marry her with a Mahr less than what is given to women of her standard. So they (i.e. guardians) were forbidden to marry the orphans unless they paid them a full appropriate Mahr (otherwise) they were ordered to marry other women instead of them. Later on the people asked Allah’s Apostle about it. So Allah revealed the following Verse:–

“They ask your instruction (O Muhammad!) regarding women. Say: Allah instructs you regarding them…” (4.127)

and in this Verse Allah indicated that if the orphan girl was beautiful and wealthy, her guardian would have the desire to marry her without giving her an appropriate Mahr equal to what her peers could get, but if she was undesirable for lack of beauty or wealth, then he would not marry her, but seek to marry some other woman instead of her. So, since he did not marry her when he had no inclination towards her, he had not the right to marry her when he had an interest in her, unless he treated her justly by giving her a full Mahr and securing all her rights.

Sahih Bukhari 4:51:25

Narrated Aisha:

There was an orphan (girl) under the care of a man. He married her and she owned a date palm (garden). He married her just because of that and not because he loved her. So the Divine Verse came regarding his case: “If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls…” (4.3) The sub-narrator added: I think he (i.e. another sub-narrator) said, “That orphan girl was his partner in that datepalm (garden) and in his property.”

Sahih Bukhari 6:60:97

Narrated ‘Urwa bin Az-Zubair:

That he asked ‘Aisha regarding the Statement of Allah:

“If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls…” (4.3) She said, “O son of my sister! An Orphan girl used to be under the care of a guardian with whom she shared property. Her guardian, being attracted by her wealth and beauty, would intend to marry her without giving her a just Mahr, i.e. the same Mahr as any other person might give her (in case he married her). So such guardians were forbidden to do that unless they did justice to their female wards and gave them the highest Mahr their peers might get. They were ordered (by Allah, to marry women of their choice other than those orphan girls.” ‘Aisha added,” The people asked Allah’s Apostle his instructions after the revelation of this Divine Verse whereupon Allah revealed:

“They ask your instruction regarding women ” (4.127) ‘Aisha further said, “And the Statement of Allah: “And yet whom you desire to marry.” (4.127) as anyone of you refrains from marrying an orphan girl (under his guardianship) when she is lacking in property and beauty.” ‘Aisha added, “So they were forbidden to marry those orphan girls for whose wealth and beauty they had a desire unless with justice, and that was because they would refrain from marrying them if they were lacking in property and beauty.”

Sahih Bukhari 6:60:98

Narrated ‘Ursa: that he asked ‘Aisha regarding the Verse: ‘If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans (4.3) She said, “O my nephew! This Verse refers to the orphan girl who is under the guardianship of her guardian who likes her beauty and wealth and wishes to (marry her and) curtails her Mahr. Such guardians have been forbidden to marry them unless they do justice by giving them their full Mahr and they have been ordered to marry other than them. The people asked for the verdict of Allah’s Apostle after that, so Allah revealed: ‘They ask your instruction concerning the women . . . whom you desire to marry.’ (4.127) So Allah revealed to them that if the orphan girl had beauty and wealth, they desired to marry her and for her family status. They can only marry them if they give them their full Mahr. And if they had no desire to marry them because of their lack of wealth and beauty, they would leave them and marry other women. So, as they used to leave them, when they had no interest, in them, they were forbidden to marry them when they had such interest, unless they treated them justly and gave them their full Mahr[/size] Apostle said, ‘If at all there is evil omen, it is in the horse, the woman and the house.” a lady is to be warded off. And the Statement of Allah: ‘Truly, among your wives and your children, there are enemies for you (i.e may stop you from the obedience of Allah)’ (64.14)

Sahih Bukhari 7:62:29

Narrated Aisha” (regarding) the Verse: ‘And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans…’ (4.3) It is about the orphan girl who is in the custody of a man who is her guardian, and he intends to marry her because of her wealth, but he treats her badly and does not manage her property fairly and honestly. Such a man should marry women of his liking other than her, two or three or four. ‘Prohibited to you (for marriage) are: …your foster-mothers (who suckled you).’ (4.23) Marriage is prohibited between persons having a foster suckling relationship corresponding to a blood relationship which renders marriage unlawful.

Sahih Bukhari 7:62:35

Narrated Abdur-Rahman bin Yazid and Majammi bin Yazid. the same ,Hadith above: A man called Khidam married a daughter of his (to somebody) against her consent. ‘If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls then marry (other) women of your choice.’ (4.3) And if somebody says to the guardian (of a woman), “Marry me to so-and-so,” and the guardian remained silent or said to him, “What have you got?” And the other said, “I have so much and so much (Mahr),” or kept quiet, and then the guardian said, “I have married her to you,” then the marriage is valid (legal). This narration was told by Sahl on the authority of the Prophet

Sahih Bukhari 7:62:70

Narrated ‘Ursa bin Az-Zubair:

that he asked ‘Aisha, saying to her, “O Mother! (In what connection was this Verse revealed):

‘If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with orphan girls (to the end of the verse) that your right hands possess?” (4.3) Aisha said, “O my nephew! It was about the female orphan under the protection of her guardian who was interested in her beauty and wealth and wanted to marry her with a little or reduced Mahr. So such guardians were forbidden to marry female orphans unless they deal with them justly and give their full Mahr; and they were ordered to marry women other than them.” ‘Aisha added, “(Later) the people asked Allah’s Apostle, for instructions, and then Allah revealed: ‘They ask your instruction concerning the women . . . And yet whom you desire to marry.’ (4.127) So Allah revealed to them in this Verse that-if a female orphan had wealth and beauty, they desired to marry her and were interested in her noble descent and the reduction of her Mahr; but if she was not desired by them because of her lack in fortune and beauty they left her and married some other woman. So, as they used to leave her when they had no interest in her, they had no right to marry her if they had the desire to do so, unless they deal justly with her and gave her a full amount of Mahr.”

Sahih Bukhari 7:62:71

Narrated ‘Urwa: That he asked ‘Aisha regarding the Verse: ‘If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls, marry (other) women of your choice.’ (4.3) ‘Aisha said, “It is about an orphan girl under the custody of her guardian who being attracted by her wealth and beauty wants to marry her with Mahr less than other women of her status. So such guardians were forbidden to marry them unless they treat them justly by giving them their full Mahr. Then the people sought the verdict of Allah’s Apostle for such cases, whereupon Allah revealed: ‘They ask your instruction concerning women..’ (4.127) (The sub-narrator then mentioned the Hadith.)

Sahih Bukhari 9:86:95

that he asked ‘Aisha about the Statement of Allah: ‘If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry (other) women of your choice, two or three or four; but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one, or (the captives) that your right hands possess. That will be nearer to prevent you from doing injustice.’ (4.3) ‘Aisha said, “O my nephew! (This Verse has been revealed in connection with) an orphan girl under the guardianship of her guardian who is attracted by her wealth and beauty and intends to marry her with a Mahr less than what other women of her standard deserve. So they (such guardians) have been forbidden to marry them unless they do justice to them and give them their full Mahr, and they are ordered to marry other women instead of them.”

Sahih Bukhari 7:62:2

Evidence from tafsir’s regarding 4:3

(And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry (other) women of your choice, two) Allah commands, when one of you is the caretaker of a female orphan and he fears that he might not give her a dowry that is suitable for women of her status, he should marry other women , who are plenty as Allah has not restricted him. Al-Bukhari recorded that `A’ishah said, “A man was taking care of a female orphan and he married her, although he did not desire to marry her. That girl’s money was mixed with his, and he was keeping her portion from her. Afterwards, this Ayah was revealed about his case;

﴿وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تُقْسِطُواْ﴾

(If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly) Al-Bukhari recorded that `Urwah bin Az-Zubayr said that he asked `A’ishah about the meaning of the statement of Allah,

﴿وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تُقْسِطُواْ فِى الْيَتَـمَى﴾

(If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls.) She said, “O my nephew! This is about the orphan girl who lives with her guardian and shares his property. Her wealth and beauty may tempt him to marry her without giving her an adequate dowry which might have been given by another suitor. So, such guardians were forbidden to marry such orphan girls unless they treated them justly and gave them the most suitable dowry; otherwise they were ordered to marry woman besides them. `A’ishah further said, “After that verse, the people again asked the Messenger of Allah (about marriage with orphan girls), so Allah revealed the Ayah,

﴿وَيَسْتَفْتُونَكَ فِى النِّسَآءِ﴾

(They ask your instruction concerning the women..) ﴿4:127﴾. She said, “Allah’s statement in this Ayah,

﴿وَتَرْغَبُونَ أَن تَنكِحُوهُنَّ﴾

(yet whom you desire to marry) ﴿4:127﴾ refers to the guardian who does not desire to marry an orphan girl under his supervision because she is neither wealthy nor beautiful. The guardians were forbidden to marry their orphan girls possessing property and beauty without being just to them, as they generally refrain from marrying them (when they are neither beautiful nor wealthy).

﴿مَثْنَى وَثُلَـثَ وَرُبَاعَ﴾

(two or three, or four), means, marry as many women as you like, other than the orphan girls, two, three or four. We should mention that Allah’s statement in another Ayah,

﴿جَاعِلِ الْمَلَـئِكَةِ رُسُلاً أُوْلِى أَجْنِحَةٍ مَّثْنَى وَثُلَـثَ وَرُبَـعَ﴾

(Who made the angels messengers with wings, – two or three or four) ﴿35:1﴾, does not mean that other angels do not have more than four wings, as there are proofs that some angels do have more wings. Yet, men are prohibited from marrying more than four wives, as the Ayah decrees, since the Ayah specifies what men are allowed of wives, as Ibn `Abbas and the majority of scholars stated. If it were allowed for them to have more than four wives, the Ayah would have mentioned it. Imam Ahmad recorded that Salim said that his father said that Ghilan bin Salamah Ath-Thaqafi had ten wives when he became Muslim, and the Prophet said to him, “Choose any four of them (and divorce the rest). During the reign of `Umar, Ghilan divorced his remaining wives and divided his money between his children. When `Umar heard news of this, he said to Ghilan, “I think that the devil has conveyed to your heart the news of your imminent death, from what the devil hears during his eavesdropping. It may as well be that you will not remain alive but for a little longer. By Allah! You will take back your wives and your money, or I will take possession of this all and will order that your grave be stoned as is the case with the grave of Abu Righal (from Thamud, who was saved from their fate because he was in the Sacred Area. But, when he left it, he was tormented like they were). Ash-Shafi`i, At-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, Ad-Daraqutni and Al-Bayhaqi collected this Hadith up to the Prophet’s statement, “Choose any four of them. Only Ahmad collected the full version of this Hadith. Therefore, had it been allowed for men to marry more than four women at the same time, the Prophet would have allowed Ghilan to keep more than four of his wives since they all embraced Islam with him. When the Prophet commanded him to keep just four of them and divorce the rest, this indicated that men are not allowed to keep more than four wives at a time under any circumstances. If this is the case concerning those who already had more than four wives upon embracing Islam, then this ruling applies even more so to marrying more than four.

﴿فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تَعْدِلُواْ فَوَحِدَةً أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَـنُكُمْ﴾

(But if you fear that you will not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one or what your right hands possess.) The Ayah commands, if you fear that you will not be able to do justice between your wives by marrying more than one, then marry only one wife, or satisfy yourself with only female captives, for it is not obligatory to treat them equally, rather it is recommended. So if one does so, that is good, and if not, there is no harm on him. In another Ayah, Allah said,

﴿وَلَن تَسْتَطِيعُواْ أَن تَعْدِلُواْ بَيْنَ النِّسَآءِ وَلَوْ حَرَصْتُمْ﴾

(You will never be able to do perfect justice between wives even if it is your ardent desire) ﴿4:129﴾. Allah said,

﴿ذلِكَ أَدْنَى أَلاَّ تَعُولُواْ﴾

(That is nearer to prevent you from Ta`ulu), meaning, from doing injustice. Ibn Abi Hatim, Ibn Marduwyah and Abu Hatim Ibn Hibban, in his Sahih, recorded that `A’ishah said that, the Prophet said that the Ayah,

﴿ذلِكَ أَدْنَى أَلاَّ تَعُولُواْ﴾

(That is nearer to prevent you from Ta`ulu), means, from doing injustice. However, Ibn Abi Hatim said that his father said that this Hadith to the Prophet is a mistake, for it should be attributed to `A’ishah not the Prophet . Ibn Abi Hatim reported from Ibn `Abbas, `A’ishah, Mujahid, `Ikrimah, Al-Hasan, Abu Malik, Abu Razin, An-Nakha`i, Ash-Sha`bi, Ad-Dahhak, `Ata’ Al-Khurasani, Qatadah, As-Suddi and Muqatil bin Hayyan that Ta`ulu means to deviate ﴿from justice﴾.

Ali bin Abi Talhah reported Ibn `Abbas saying, Nihlah, in Allah’s statement,

﴿وَءَاتُواْ النِّسَآءَ صَدُقَـتِهِنَّ نِحْلَةً﴾

(And give to the women (whom you marry) their Saduqat Nihlah) refers to the dowry. Muhammad bin Ishaq narrated from Az-Zuhri that `Urwah said that `A’ishah said that `Nihlah’ means `obligatory’. Muqatil, Qatadah and Ibn Jurayj said, `Nihlah’ means `obligatory’ Ibn Jurayj added: `specified.’ Ibn Zayd said, “In Arabic, Nihlah, refers to what is necessary. So Allah is commanding: Do not marry unless you give your wife something that is her right. No person after the Prophet is allowed to marry a woman except with the required dowry, nor by giving false promises about the dowry ﴿intended﴾. Therefore, the man is required to pay a dowry to his wife with a good heart, just as he gives a gift with a good heart. If the wife gives him part or all of that dowry with a good heart, her husband is allowed to take it, as it is lawful for him in this case. This is why Allah said afterwards,

﴿فَإِن طِبْنَ لَكُمْ عَن شَىْءٍ مِّنْهُ نَفْساً فَكُلُوهُ هَنِيئاً مَّرِيئاً﴾

(But if they, of their own pleasure, remit any part of it to you, take it, and enjoy it without fear of any harm.)

Tafsir ‘Ibn Kathir – Quran 4:3

{ وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تُقْسِطُواْ فِي ٱلْيَتَامَىٰ فَٱنكِحُواْ مَا طَابَ لَكُمْ مِّنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ مَثْنَىٰ وَثُلَٰثَ وَرُبَٰعَ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تَعْدِلُواْ فَوَٰحِدَةً أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُكُمْ ذٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰ أَلاَّ تَعُولُواْ } If you fear that you will not act justly, [that] you will [not] be equitable, towards the orphans, and are thus distressed in this matter, then also fear lest you be unjust towards women when you marry them; marry such (mā means man) women as seem good to you, two or three or four, that is, [each man may marry] two, or three, or four, but do not exceed this; but if you fear you will not be equitable, towards them in terms of [their] expenses and [individual] share; then, marry, only one, or, restrict yourself to, what your right hands own, of slavegirls, since these do not have the same rights as wives; thus, by that marrying of only four, or only one, or resorting to slavegirls, it is likelier, it is nearer [in outcome], that you will not be unjust, [that] you will [not] be inequitable.

Tafsir al-Jalalayn – Quran 4:3

{ وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تُقْسِطُواْ فِي ٱلْيَتَامَىٰ فَٱنكِحُواْ مَا طَابَ لَكُمْ مِّنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ مَثْنَىٰ وَثُلَٰثَ وَرُبَٰعَ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تَعْدِلُواْ فَوَٰحِدَةً أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُكُمْ ذٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰ أَلاَّ تَعُولُواْ } (And if ye fear that ye will not deal fairly by the orphans) and if you fear that you will not preserve orphans’ wealth, you should also fear not dealing fairly with women in relation to providing sustenance and apportionment. This was because they used to marry as many women as they liked, as many as nine or ten. Qays Ibn al-Harth for example had eight wives. Allah forbade them from doing so and prohibited them from marrying more than four wives, saying: (marry of the women, who seem good to you) marry that which Allah has made lawful for you, (two or three or four) marry one, two, three or four but do not marry more than four wives; (and if ye fear that ye cannot do justice) to four wives in relation to apportionment and providing sustenance (then one (only)) then marry only one free woman (or that your right hands possess) of captives, and in that case you do not owe them any apportionment, and they need not observe any waiting period. (Thus it) marrying just one woman (is more likely that ye will not do injustice) that you will not incline to some at the expense of others or that you transgress regarding the provision of sustenance and apportionment to four wives.

Tafsir ‘Ibn Abbas – Quran 4:3

{ وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تُقْسِطُواْ فِي ٱلْيَتَامَىٰ فَٱنكِحُواْ مَا طَابَ لَكُمْ مِّنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ مَثْنَىٰ وَثُلَٰثَ وَرُبَٰعَ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تَعْدِلُواْ فَوَٰحِدَةً أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُكُمْ ذٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰ أَلاَّ تَعُولُواْ } (And if ye fear that ye will not deal fairly by the orphans…) [4:3]. Abu Bakr al-Tamimi informed us> ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad> Abu Yahya> Sahl ibn ‘Uthman> Yahya ibn Za’idah> Hisham ibn ‘Urwah> his father> ‘A’ishah who said, regarding the words of Allah (And if ye fear that ye will not deal fairly by the orphans): “This was revealed about any custodian under whose care is a female orphan who possesses some wealth and does not have anyone to defend her rights. The custodian refuses to give this orphan in marriage out of greed for her money, harms her and treats her badly. And so Allah, exalted is He, says (And if ye fear that ye will not deal fairly by the orphans marry of the women, who seem good to you…) as long as they are lawful to you and leave this one”. This was narrated by Muslim> Abu Kurayb> Abu Usamah> Hisham. Sa‘id ibn Jubayr, Qatadah, al-Rabi‘, al-Dahhak and al-Suddi said: “People used to be wary of the wealth of orphans but took liberty with women and married whoever they liked. And sometimes they were fair to them and sometimes they were not. So when they asked about the orphans and the verse (Give unto orphans their wealth), regarding the orphans, was revealed, Allah, exalted is He, also revealed (And if ye fear that ye will not deal fairly by the orphans). He says here: ‘Just as you fear that you will not deal fairly by the orphan, so should you fear that you do not deal fairly by women. Therefore, marry only as many as you can fulfill their rights, for women are like orphans as far as weakness and incapacity are concerned’. This is the opinion of Ibn ‘Abbas according to the narration of al-Walibi”.

Tafsir al-Wahidi – Quran 4:3

Conclusion

Although the ahadith above do not discuss the verse in its entirety, the Tafsir’s do. It is important to note that Aisha and the Tafsir writers have defined justice for us. Kathir even makes it plain that 4:3 is not referring to perfect justice, so th alleged injunction against polygamy is invalid. As “justice” is used twice in the verse in connection with two different types of women (orphans and Free women) it is apparent that Justice means the same thing both times it is used. It would be incorrect to assume that “justice” means mahr in relation to orphans and something else for free women given the context of the verse. One more verse that needs to be considered in order to understand 4.3 is as follows:

And whoever among you ‘has not within his power ampleness of means to marry free believing women, then (he may marry) of those whom your right hands possess’ from among your believing maidens; and Allah knows best your faith: you are (sprung) the one from the other; so marry them with the permission of their masters, ‘and give them their dowries justly’, they being chaste, not fornicating, nor receiving paramours; and when they are taken in marriage, then if they are guilty of indecency, they shall suffer half the punishment which is (inflicted) upon free women. This is for him among you who fears falling into evil; and that you abstain is better for you, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

Qur’an 4:25

In light of all the information provided above, if we wish to give Quran 4.3 its full expansive meaning it would read something like this:

“If you are going to pay Orphans Less of a Mahr, or are just marrying them to get their property/wealth (or preventing them from marrying), then marry other women, 2 or 3 or 4, but if you cannot afford them (mahr, or support) then marry only one or a captive that your right hand possesses (as the Mahr is half that of a free woman or even nothing). This is better for you, than being financially unjust with your women.”

Quran 4:3 has nothing to do with treating your wives equally, its about the orphan’s and their Mahr. Injustice in this verse is talking about financial equality regarding bride price (for orphans) and financial viability of having that many wives, not equality between them.

I don’t know about this experience in Islam, you’ll have to describe it to me, what you go through.

In the Christian faith, God will not and cannot be mocked.  In other words, He knows when a person’s repentance is sincere, and if it is not.  With sincere, heart-felt repentance in Jesus Christ, the person undergoes something that remains inexplicable by men (i.e. science, medicine, psychology, etc.).  Their desire for sin begins to diminish.  They develop a deep hunger for the Word of God.  Their conscience becomes quickened/heightened – they begin to love the things that God loves, and to hate the things that God hates.  Where there was no patience, no mercy, no compassion, no love, suddenly the person begins to develop these characteristics.  Addictions of every kind, which remained incurable, are suddenly cured.  Eventually, after a time, even the appearance of some begins to change – the peace, the calm, in their eyes and face and in their speech.

People are truly set free from the prison and harm of sin, and they feel it/they live it.

Some people live it before reading it in Scripture – perhaps someone witnessed to them, and they went home to repent.  Eventually, they begin reading the Holy Bible and they see it/they know …. THIS is what happened to them.

This, and so much more.  Upon repentance in Jesus Christ, God’s children are promised the Gift of the Holy Spirit.  They are promised a new heart of flesh, to replace their heart of stone.  They are made a new creature in Jesus Christ – the old passes away, and the new is born, of imperishable seed, by the Holy Spirit of God.

And now God begins to raise them up again in Jesus Christ, as newborn infants.  And His true children, the true followers of Christ, begin to take on Christ’s characteristics and His personality.  Born again, in the likeness of Jesus Christ, Who is the Son of the Living God.

When you have lived through this, Walid, there is no one who can deny to you what you have lived through.  God’s children are also able to recognize each other by this transformation, and by the Word of God.

I’ve met many people, from many different cultures and religions.  I have never met anyone, but for the true followers of Jesus Christ, who have experienced this spiritual rebirth by their own religion.  Not even Muslims.

This is why I’m here, to testify to you that the Word and the promises of God, in Jesus Christ, are all true.  If what I had lived in the Catholic church had proven to be true, then I would be here testifying to you as a Roman Catholic.  But I saw that it is Christ’s Word that is true, and Catholicism only an imposter.

1) By Jesus Christ’s Own teachings, repentance cannot be forced on any man, or else their repentance is false.  And the forced conversion of the Roman Empire was precisely that – it was forced on the people (i.e. false conversion).
2) It was following the forced conversion of the Roman Empire that the papal crusades and inquisitions began.  This included the torture and murder of anyone who was caught owning a Holy Bible.
3) Jesus Christ prophesied the coming of this imposter almost 400 years in advance of her birth out of Rome.  And as a former Catholic, I am able to testify that what is taught in the Catholic church is a deliberate perversion of what is written in the Holy Bible.  This explains why the Roman papacy murdered Bible-believing Christians – it is because the papacy knows that the Holy Bible exposes her as the imposter that she is.
Speaking for myself, when the most powerful organizations in the world will go to such extremes as murder to keep a specific Book out of the hands of the people, I want to know WHY???

Thank you, Mr. Walid Ashoor, Editor of a magazine. I know you would come around and join our group. Truth is like a magnet. It draws people to itself who are looking for it. You want the answer to two questions: (1) where is the word “Christianity” in the Bible? and (2) where is the word “Trinity” in the Bible?

As for the word “Christianity”, the best I can give you is Act 11:26. It reads, “And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.”

As for the word “Trinity”, it is not in the Bible. It is a word created by Theophilus of Antioch in the year 170 A.D. to explain “Threeness” — not the “Threeness of God”, but the “Threeness of luminous”. The word itself had been around for over 150 years until a man in the 3rd century named Tertullian used it to capture the “Essence of God”. The word “Trinity” is the most important doctrine in mainstream Christianity that states the following: God (singular) is the indivisible (undivided) union of Father, Son, and Spirit.

Now I have a question for you. The Quran teaches the alternative to the “Trinity” with the word “Tawhid” or “Tawheed” which describes the “Oneness of Allah.” In other words, what the word “Trinity” is to mainstream Christianity, the word “Tawhid” is to mainstream Islam. The word “Tawhid” is the most important teaching in mainstream Islam that states the following: Allah, though he reveals himself in plural “We made man”, is truly a numerical one in his essence.

You challenge me to find the word “trinity” in the Bible. Now challenge you to find the word “Tawhid” in the Quran. All I want are chapter and verse. I do not want you to give me a verse that says “Allah is one”, because the word “one” has two different meanings: (1) One as in a numerical one (We have one sun in our solar system.), and (2) One as in a composite unity (All Muslims are one.). That makes the word “one” confusing. It is for this very purpose the word “Tawhid” was created to set Allah apart as “a numerical one in his essence”.

I want you to find the word “Tawhid” in the Quran. All I want are chapter and verse. Otherwise, we will have to believe what Arab Christians have told us. They say, “The Quran is the only book in which Muslims are mentally trained (brainwashed) to see the plural “we” as the singular “I”.” I want you to find the word “Tawhid” in the Quran which sets Allah apart as “a numerical one in his essence”.

The word “Trinity” was created to describe the true essence of God in Christianity just as the word “Tawhid” was created to describe the true essence of Allah in Islam. I want you to find the word “Tawhid” in the Quran. All I want are chapter and verse.

You wrote: “All i need is reference from the Bible on the chapter no. and verse no. This is all what i need , no more no less.” Now I write: All I need is reference from the Quran on the chapter number, and verse number. This is all what I need, no more no less.”

Again, Mr. Big Time Editor of a Magazine, thank you for coming around to our group. The Quran mentions no such word as “Tawhid” or “Tawheed”, but yet it is the central theme upon which Islam is based just as the Bible mentions no such ward as “Trinity” but yet it is the central theme upon which Christianity is based. Say “Hello” to Dr. Muhammad Madian for me. We want him to come back too. And to Ahmed Elabd, if you leave this group, I will travel from the United States to wherever you are and baptize you. Baptism is performed in the name of The Holy Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Baptism by water is the outward expression of choosing Jesus as your Savior; and also inviting the Holy Spirit to live inside of you.

Quran 2:138 (YUSUFALI) reads, “(Our religion is) the Baptism of Allah: And who can baptize better than Allah? And it is He Whom we worship.”

First I will find baptize Dr. Muhammad Madian who has not responded to this group for a long time, and then I will baptize you, Ahmed Elabd. Quran 2:138 tells us that Islam is a religion of baptism. There is no reason why I cannot put you in the water and baptize you.

And, oh, Mr. Big Time Editor, find me the word “Tawhid” in the Quran. All I want are chapter and verse.

Did you get that? “God is love.” True Love requires that the one to whom love is extended be given the liberty as to whether to love back or not. Let me put it another way: A true justice demands that the one to whom love is extended be forced or made to love back. But a true love requires that the one to whom love is extended be given the freedom as to whether he wants to love back or not.

God is Love — the True Love. We also know that true love cannot exist in isolation, lest it withers (dries up) and dies. That means true love is always active and engaging. To be active and engaging also means to take chances. To take chances entails sacrifice. To make sacrifice is to suffer loss. Thus, God, because he is Love must suffers a loss. For Love which is a true Nature of God compares God to suffer a loss.

A quick review of what I am saying would be like this: God is Love. Love cannot exist in total aloneness. Therefore; Love must engage. To engage is to take a chance. A chance is a sacrifice one makes. All sacrifices require a loss of something. Therefore; hence God is Love, God must suffer a loss of something.

The point you raised earlier was that you accept and uphold the “Total Aloneness” of Allah who does not suffer a loss, but however, you reject the Holy Trinity because, as you put it, “This is a God who suffers…The very idea of suffering implies loss.” Your point is one of excellence and well stated. But however, Allah, in his “Total Aloneness”, has and will suffer a loss. While you seem to measure a loss only in terms of suffering, a loss is also measured in terms of investment: input versa output. The Quran and the hadiths tell us that Allah will not gain on the investment he made in his creation, because not everything he created will return to him. In that case Allah’s investment is greater than his returns. Thus, Allah, too, suffers a loss.

Interestingly, you are running from a God who you claimed suffers a loss to a god you know has and will suffer a loss. In the court of jurisprudent (science, philosophic, and laws) the reason for you running from one God to another is cancelled out, or made null and void. Please tell me again why are you running? And to whom are you running?

Literal: And those from before them had cheated/deceived/schemed, so to God (is) all the cheatery/deceit/scheme. He knows what every self gains/acquires , and the disbelievers will know to whom (is) the house’s/home’s end/turn (result).

Qur’an Text/Transliteration 13:42

Muhammad said: “Lying is wrong, except in three things: the lie of a man to his wife to make her content with him; a lie to an enemy, for war is deception; or a lie to settle trouble between people” [Ahmad, 6.459. H]

Lying in marriage
The following seems to say that a person can knowingly get two of his friends to lie about the consent given by a woman and the marriage will be upheld. So if she turns him down, all he needs to do is get two friends to lie and she will be his wife legally:
Narrated Abu Haraira:
Allah’s Apostle said, “A lady slave should not be given in marriage until she is consulted, and a virgin should not be given in marriage until her permission is granted.” The people said, “How will she express her permission?” The Prophet said, “By keeping silent (when asked her consent).” Some people said, “If a man, by playing a trick, presents two false witnesses before the judge to testify that he has married a matron with her consent and the judge confirms his marriage, and the husband is sure that he has never married her (before), then such a marriage will be considered as a legal one and he may live with her as husband.”

Sahih Bukhari 9:86:100, See also: Sahih Bukhari 9:86:98 and Sahih Bukhari 9:86:101

Lying in War
“Narrated Ka’b ibn Malik: When the Prophet (salla Allahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) intended to go on an expedition, he always pretended to be going somewhere else, and he would say: War is deception.”

Abu Dawud 14:2629 , Abu Dawud 14:2631

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, “Khosrau will be ruined, and there will be no Khosrau after him, and Caesar will surely be ruined and there will be no Caesar after him, and you will spend their treasures in Allah’s Cause.” He called, “War is deceit’.

Sahih Bukhari 4:52:267, See also: Sahih Bukhari 4:52:268, and Sahih Bukhari 4:52:269

Another companion of Muhammad, al-Hassan, said,
“Doing taqiyya is acceptable till the Day of Judgment [i.e., in perpetuity]. The Prohibition of Supporting the Disbelievers – Tafsir Ibn Kathir

Muhammad went on to say, “War is deception.” Do you remember that Muhammad authorized Muslims to lie and deny their faith in order to protect themselves? It is story about Ammar Bin Yassin. “Any one who, after accepting faith in Allah, utters Unbelief, except under compulsion, his heart remaining firm in Faith – but such as open their breast to Unbelief, on them is Wrath from Allah, and theirs will be a dreadful Penalty.” Surah 16: 106
Al-Tabary explained Surah 16:106 as a verse that had been revealed to Mohammed after he learned that Ammar Ibn Yasser was forced to deny his faith when kidnapped by the Banu Moghera tribe. Mohammed consoled Ammar by telling him, “If they turned, you turn.” (Meaning: if they again capture you, you are allowed to deny faith again.) One of Mohammed’s daughters, Umm Kalthoum, testified that she had never heard Mohammad condone lying, except in these three situations:

  1. For reconciliation among people.
  2. In war.
  3. Amongst spouses, to keep peace in the family.

One passage from the Hadith quotes Mohammed as saying: “The sons of Adam are accountable for all lies except those uttered to help bring reconciliation between Muslims.”

J17:3 – Now this is eternal life: that they know you(the Father), the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.

YOU SAID:

This verse means if you Muslims will know Allah/God the Father who is the ONLY TRUE Allah and Isa Al Massih who is the Son of Allah/Ibn Allah sent by the Father to earth to reveal His LOVE toward every Muslim and Arab, then you will HAVE eternal life through your FAITH in such perfect Allah.

Re: Bible’s prophecies

Brothers, WHY do we believe that Jesus is God and Isa Al Massih promissed by God?
Because His life and death were fulfilment of many prophecies of God foretold through God’s prophets.

Let’s read summary again:

Check them all out for yourself!

Isa Al Massih should:

  • Born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:21-23)
  • A descendant of Abraham (Genesis 12:1-3; 22:18; Matthew 1:1; Galatians 3:16)
  • Of the tribe of Judah (Genesis 49:10; Luke 3:23, 33; Hebrews 7:14)
  • Of the house of David (2 Samuel 7:12-16; Matthew 1:1)
  • Born in Bethlehem (Micah 5:2, Matthew 2:1; Luke 2:4-7)
  • Taken to Egypt (Hosea 11:1; Matthew 2:14-15)
  • Herod´s killing of the infants (Jeremiah 31:15; Matthew 2:16-18)
  • Anointed by the Holy Spirit (Isaiah 11:2; Matthew 3:16-17)
  • Heralded by the messenger of the Lord (John the Baptist) (Isaiah 40:3-5; Malachi 3:1; Matthew 3:1-3)
  • Would perform miracles (Isaiah 35:5-6; Matthew 9:35)
  • Would preach good news (Isaiah 61:1; Luke 4:14-21)
  • Would minister in Galilee (Isaiah 9:1; Matthew 4:12-16) Would cleanse the Temple (Malachi 3:1; Matthew 21:12-13)
  • Would first present Himself as King 173,880 days from the decree to rebuild Jerusalem (Daniel 9:25; Matthew 21:4-11)
  • Would enter Jerusalem as a king on a donkey (Zechariah 9:9; Matthew 21:4-9)
  • Would be rejected by Jews (Psalm 118:22; I Peter 2:7)
  • Die a humiliating death (Psalm 22; Isaiah 53) involving:
    1. rejection (Isaiah 53:3; John 1:10-11; 7:5,48)
    2. betrayal by a friend (Psalm 41:9; Luke 22:3-4; John 13:18)
    3. sold for 30 pieces of silver (Zechariah 11:12; Matthew 26:14-15)
    4. silence before His accusers (Isaiah 53:7; Matthew 27:12-14)
    5. being mocked (Psalm 22: 7-8; Matthew 27:31)
    6. beaten (Isaiah 52:14; Matthew 27:26)
    7. spit upon (Isaiah 50:6; Matthew 27:30)
    8. piercing His hands and feet (Psalm 22:16; Matthew 27:31)
    9. being crucified with thieves (Isaiah 53:12; Matthew 27:38)
    10. praying for His persecutors (Isaiah 53:12; Luke 23:34)
    11. piercing His side (Zechariah 12:10; John 19:34)
    12. given gall and vinegar to drink (Psalm 69:21, Matthew 27:34, Luke 23:36)
    13. no broken bones (Psalm 34:20; John 19:32-36)
    14. buried in a rich man’s tomb (Isaiah 53:9; Matthew 27:57-60)
    15. casting lots for His garments (Psalm 22:18; John 19:23-24)
  • Would rise from the dead!! (Psalm 16:10; Mark 16:6; Acts 2:31)
  • Ascend into Heaven (Psalm 68:18; Acts 1:9)
  • Would sit down at the right hand of God (Psalm 110:1; Hebrews 1:3)

Do we have any reason NOT to trust God and His words?
Yes, we can do it then we will be unbelievers. That’s why we will FAIL to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.
But why?

Because the Kingdom of Heaven is offered to you Muslims!

Come to Ibn Allah and TAKE it. Enter there through your FAITH.

But you reject God by rejecting His Son/Ibn Allah.

HOW can you enter into the Kingdom of Heaven if you REJECT to enter there!!!!???

Make a step of FAITH now and LIVE eternally with your LOVING Father and His Son and the Holy Spirit in YOUR Kingdom of Heaven!

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,

that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world,

but that the world through Him might be saved.

John 3:16-17

Re: Bible’s prophecies of Allah for Muslims and Arabs

Brothers, let’s read the prophecies of Allah about Isa Ibn Allah and how they were fulfilled:

Jesus Christ is eternal in His existence because is God:

Please read above Micah 5:1 and Isaiah 53:8 in the context in Arabic and English.

Micah 5:1-2 Marshal your troops, O city of troops, for a siege is laid against us. They will strike Israel’s ruler on the cheek with a rod. 2 “But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.
Isaiah 53:8 He was taken from prison and from judgment, And who will declare His generation?
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
John 8:58 “I tell you the truth,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I am!”
Ephesians 1:3-14 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. 4 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love 5 he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will– 6 to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves. 7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace 8 that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding. 9 And he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, 10 to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment–to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ. 11 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, 12 in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory. 13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession–to the praise of his glory.
Colossians 1:15-19 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. 17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. 19 For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him,
Revelation 1:18 I am the Living One; I was dead, and behold I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God:

Psalms 2:7 I will proclaim the decree of the LORD: He said to me, “You are my Son ; today I have become your Father.
Proverbs 30:4 Who has gone up to heaven and come down? Who has gathered up the wind in the hollow of his hands? Who has wrapped up the waters in his cloak? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and the name of his son? Tell me if you know!
Matthew 3:17 And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”
Luke 1:32 He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David,
Romans 1:4 and who through the Spirit of holiness was declared with power to be the Son of God by his resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord.

Jesus Christ would be anointed with the Holy Spirit of God:

Isaiah 11:2 The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him– the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of power, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD–
Isaiah 61:1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners,
Psalms 45:7-8 You love righteousness and hate wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy. 8 All your robes are fragrant with myrrh and aloes and cassia; from palaces adorned with ivory the music of the strings makes you glad.
Matthew 3:16 As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting on him.
John 3:34 For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit.
Acts 10:38 ) how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him.

Sister, salvation is very simple: through FAITH in God Jesus, REPENTANCE and CONFESSION of your sins.
You should believe in God Jesus and LIVE according to His words, WALKING in FAITH what means implementing all His words and commandments. This life means REPENTANCE of your sins when you TURN from sins to GOD, when you ABANDON your sins and make a STEP of FAITH toward God. God will purify you like gold and after repentance He promised to forget and forgive your sins. You will be FREE of your sins and the Holy Spirit will give you a TESTIMONY in your heart that you are forgiven and adopted by God to be His Inheritance. If you will BE SURE in this FORGIVENESS you are FORGIVEN by God and this assurance will be granted to you by God Himself. God does not want to make this salvation complicated. It is VERY simple. But it is NOT a miracle. We should NOT wait when we will become holy by any miracle but we SHOULD become HOLY by TURNING from sins to God Jesus. This is the TRUE repentance evident in your changed and holy life. If you will not abandon your sin, you are sinner. NOT a CHRISTIAN! If you didn’t turn from your sins, you are sinner. You are not Christian but a criminal against God and people. That’s why to BE SAVED: BELIEVE, REPENT, CONFESS your sins, ABANDON them and LIVE a holy life. The way of sin is not for you! But the Kingdom of your Father is FOR YOU!

Bahira

Prayer for a Godly year

Father, in Jesus’ marvelous name, I come to you to honor you, worship you and to lift you up as my God and my Father!

I praise you for the things you do in people’s lives and for Your love for us but most of all, I thank and praise You for the sacrifice of Your dear Son Whose birth in human form we celebrate this season.

I lift up all the members of this wonderful group unto YOur throne and ask for blessings upon all! As we face a new year, I ask that our hearts and minds might be in tune to Your Spirit and His still small voice! I ask Lord that we may strive to be the man or woman You would have us to be. I ask that the new year’s challenges will be faced head on with Your strength and enablement.Further more I ask that we may grow to be the people You want us to be and give us divine appointments to reach others with Your love and grace that they too may discover the kind of love only You can bestow on them!

I ask Lord that we all might find that one You desire for us to spend the rest of our lives with and that we would be of like mind and purpose! Your will be done in our lives!

Finally, Lord, I ask that we might be obedient to Your Word and counsel and that each step we take might be ordered by Your wisdom and grace. This I pray in the name of Jesus, amen!

I will praise you; I will give thanks to you; you are my God; in all things I will trust you and walk in your path. Thank you for Jesus who came and loves me.

BLESS THE LORD, OH MY SOUL, AND ALL THAT IS WITHIN ME, BLESS HIS HOLY NAME! HE HAS DONE GREAT THINGS! HE HAS DONE GREAT THINGS! HE HAS DONE GREAT THINGS! BLESS HIS HOLY NAME!

I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU!

He is the reason for the season!

Thank you father for all we have! We are truly blessed!
I pray for my attitude, since Christmas is always a depressing time of year for me.
Please remind me of your grace…

A GIFT FROM HEAVEN !!!

Father,
May we not be in such a rush and forget, what Christmas is all about,

Nearly two thousand years ago,the greatest display of Heaven was witnessed by mankind,From lowly shepherds and wise men to the Angels of Glory. They were invited to experience in the event that would forever change the course of humanity,The prophecy of old was being fulfilled. They could visibly see it unfold before their eyes.In amazement they saw the word become Flesh.
FOR UNTO US A CHILD IS BORN,UNTO US A SON IS GIVEN,AND THE GOVERNMENT SHALL BE UPON HIS SHOULDERS. Isaiah 9:6.
Oh the praises that filled the night air as virgin Mary gave birth to Christ the Lord !
Time has never diminished the effects of that birth on the world.Even now after all these years, each Christmas we get the same feeling as those present when Jesus was swaddles and laid in the manger,The essence that we are standing at the edge of Heaven,
Glory to God in the Highest and on Earth Peace good will toward men.

A Christmas Memory

Years ago my mother wanted me to see Santa Claus
and sit on his knee. I detested that idea. But that is what kids did–went to see Santa. Mom told me that Santa was real.

We went to church and I saw or was in the Christmas Concert. Too often today’s version is watered down so we do no offend anyone. Just Jesus and that seems to be of little concern.I discovered that Jesus was real.

I discovered that Santa was a hoax and I asked
my mother –in a concerned way–“but you lied to me” She had an excuse. But it was a lie but never did she admit this. She told me Santa was the Spirit of Christmas. Gift giving and all.

I grew up an married. Our daughter rarely if ever saw Santa when she was little. But she knew more about Jesus. Far more.

We heard little about Jesus at home but my parents put His precepts into action in our lives. Sometime it was a warming experience if we did not listen.

Years later dad died. About five years after that
mom got cancer. Jesus was her source and strength as she progressively weakened. She had no pain during this all just continueal weakness.

The Jesus we never heard about from home was in my mother’s heart and life. In her actions and love for us and others. Not the way it should have been but that was the way it was.

May the Jesus Spirit be shown always in aundant supply always. Thank you for sustaining my mother
dear Lord. Dad too. I forgave my mother and this Santa thing long, long , long ago. I know who was in her heart and life–she showed it always.

A vibrant and joyful Christmas –and set a place for Jesus in your hearts and in actions. Invite Him to His birthday–He should be there–he is also the GUEST OF HONOR.

I love You Jesus thank you for never giving up on me!!
Amen! and Selah!

God’s Will on my Marriage – Thanks for Praying

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thanks for the relationship I have with you, my family, and my friends.

What is your will on my marriage, Father Lord?

Please let me know if you will help me settle down in a long term relationship with the man who is from you for me as husband and wife.

I am praying that this marriage will be a sacred covenant not just for our benefits but also for your glory.

In Jesus Holy Name,
Amen!

Forget Not the Unforgettable

Abundantly blessed am I though it may not sound like it Lord. I know You hear/see ALL things and nothing escapes yout sight or hearing.

There will be those that have no place to go this Christmas. Please be with them lord and show we Christians whom we could invite over. People do not want to go to other’s homes that have many people. The fewer the better most often.

I know it would not bother me to have Chtistmas alone but Jesus You know why that is. Having spent it with in-laws for 24 years that were part of the untamed world–was not anything to look forward to. Being alone is preferrable. I am just now getting out of this now and that was over 12 years ago with the in-laws thing.

But I prefer one person only and praises to our Lord and King tor this person. Put Your Holy Arms and gather these lonely persons together Lord and if there is someone that I can
help let me know —

Thatn you Jesus –SO VERTY MUCH!! For being our Live’s blood. You are out everything!!!!

Amen and Hosannahs–Amen!!

PS. Also let us remember that we don’t just remember peopele and dump them after Christmas
for Jesus is forever not just for now.

Thank you Lord for the Christmas!

Who shall go for us?That was the question seeking for the redeemer ofthe world. Jesus who is the only worthy one volunteered and left His glory in Heaven and came down to this world of sin so that you and me might be saved. At Christmas,He’s given birth to in a manger .WOULD YOU LET HIS sacrifice be in vain over you?God forbid! May Christ continue to exercises HIS Lordship in our lives forever.AMEN.
