Brothers, Kamal is RIGHT by saying that many Christians and are ‘nominal Christians’ or ‘in-the-name only believers’.
Brothers, please NOTE:
ALL such believers are DEAD already now!
They are spiritually DEAD.
They are living in the hell fire during their lives on the earth.
They are SEPARATED from God by their SINS!
But they are still ALIVE physically because God is longsuffering and He does not desire to kill them but to save them from the hell.
So, we ALL are sinners and we are UNABLE to enter into the Presence of God by our righteous living. But God is calling us to be HOLY as He is HOLY and He is transforming us and changing us into the GLORIOUS Image of His Son Jesus.
Brothers,
there are TRUE believers in ‘Christianity’ and they are LIVING as God says by CONSTANT correction of their life course according to the navigation system of God.
EVERY DAY of their life they devote time to meditate on the Holy Scripture and they are studying the Bible… not once or twice a week. Daily! Can you imagine daily in the span of 30-40 years…and even more! So, STUDY of the words of God is NEVER a futile waste of time but it is a time of LOOKING at the God who is represented by His Word in the Bible.
Brothers, we need to GET BACK to the GENUINE FAITH in God Jesus.
NOMINAL FAITH is a waste of time…we are living in this case like animals having only souls and our spirit is DEAD.
But through out FAITH in God Jesus He is reviving even our spirits and reconstructing our lives which look like ruins of Hezbollah….some of you know what I mean…
So, brothers, lets say that you have slept a bit falling away from God. How did you get back right with God?
1. Be sure that your FAITH in God Jesus is ALIVE and VIBRANT.
There is also something what often is unappreciated- it is own PERSONAL Salvation. It is an incredible gift of God that He gives to every person who puts his TRUST God Jesus. Salvation from what?
From DEATH, HELL, the Judgment Day.
But we take it for granted and we DEPART from the FAITH in Jesus even as believers.
2. Your backsliding happens also when you FAIL to progress. Some of us even do not know that they are in the process of backsliding. You have LOST your ground. There are only two options whether you are GAINING ground or you are LOOSING it! If you are NOT going forward, you are going BACKWARD!
So, ask yourself:
Have I lost my SALVATION?
Have I been saved by God Jesus?
Where is this God who is GIVING this SALVATION to every one FREE!
Brothers, do not be deceived by the madness of the world:
ALL NOMINAL Christians are UNBELIEVERS!
ALL unbelievers will PERISH!
Because punishment for sin is DEATH.
But salvation from the DEATH is ONLY through God Jesus.
God said it.
WORK our your salvation!
Do NOT live on the edge!
Look into eyes of God Jesus through DAILY STUDY of His words and in IMPLEMENATION of what He said.
Because this God Jesus is NONE ELSE but God of our father Ibrahim. The Father of Isa Ibn Allah gave Him POWER to JUDGE us.
So, let’s JUDGE ourselves already NOW and let’s LIVE as HOLY children of God because God Jesus is LOOKING THROUGH us!

Father each of us have our burdens. We all have our sorrows, we all have our joy. Father may this be a time where those who are feeling sorrow be filled with joy. Father there are those who are hurting and are being healed and there are those who are hurting who are waiting to be healed. May they be able to proclaim that they ARE healed through your stripes, for it is you who is our healer. You are able to heal anything. No matter what the pain may be. Whether it be spiritual, emotional, mental, physical pain or whatever. May they be able to proclaim they are healed. May they rise up and proclaim with all their hearts and with all knowledge and faith, “The joy of the Lord is my strength!” For you are our strength. It is your joy in us that strengthens us. No matter what the situation may be. May each of us be blessed. May each of us be encouraged and know that all is well. No matter what it be. We are well through your stripes. We thank you for the much pain you endured. May we be strengthened to know you as our inspiration. May we be able to follow in your steps, where our pain is used to minister to others, may we be able to use it to help those in this world. I joined this forum at your invite. I am happy to be here. Can I ask you something? How did you become a Christian? And how is the Quran different from the Bible? I read the Quran, and I see alot of OT stories in them. Why do I read one thing and it says yes we believe. And then in another verse it says no do not believe?
Do you understand what I am saying?
I am still new at reading the Quran. I study the Bible alot. So if you have anything that you need claification of, please let me know.

I am Christian…and …I was born not in family of Christians..no …by no means…I was born in the soviet time in Kazakhstan in family of unbelievers. I the soviet time only a limited number of people had a chance to find God in our country.
I was 12 years old when I first asked my mother who was Man hanging on cross…she said that He is God, Jesus Christ. I tried to find out who is He. But my family was unbelievers…no one new it… My God knew my desire and eagerness to find Him and He came to me…I had read a soviet scientific journal at the age of 12 years where suddenly I found article: sermon of Jesus Christ on mountain (new testament, Bible). I was just shocked by His words…I reread it hundreds times…and I was keeping this article for many years. Because when I was reading it, my spirit was calmed down..i just cannt explain why..it was like I was in desert and I was thirsting and His words gave me water to live..My father asked me: Bahira why do you read it? Who can understand it? I said: I understand. He said ok, explain what do you understand? And we have a discussion with him when I tried to say that closed words are clear to me… Then my brother met in the Soviet Union some American Christian missionaries here and they explained him how he can find God. He bought me Bible and was starting reading Bible…then brother asked me if I was a born again Christian? I didn’t know answer…I found in Bible many words how it should be: 1. Though faith into Son of God, Jesus Christ 2.through repentance for all our sins…I remember how I was crying many time and praying my God to forgive me for my transgressions and disbelief. And He did it. I felt that I am forgiven. My God knows my name. He knows me personally. My name is written in the book of life by angels. And if I will stay with God in this life, He will be with me eternally. He died for me to forgive me. No one did it for me except Him. And I am thankful to Him for that. To save some one by risking own life is the highest love! He has this highest love to me. Moreover HE IS HIGHEST LOVE!!!!
Many religions make process to get forgiveness very difficult, many religions are just writings of evil spirits, many religions are just result of fevered imagination of people, but in his labyrinth of madness and different beliefs we need to find the one and correct way to heaven. Jesus said that HE IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH, THE LIFE and no one is able to come to God except through Him. We just can believe in it, or not. But in the labyrinth of craziness I prefer this faith, not religion, but faith into Jesus Christ. Because He has the most powerful words I ever heard…. Words coming so deep into my heart as sward. I prefer to believe in Him but why? Because He saved me, forgave me, died for me. No one of prophets did it for me! No one religion is the right way because only Jesus is this way we need and we are looking for. Only He deserves that we would hope for Him. Because madness is enough in this world, I need someone to trust. And I am sure that on this way with Jesus in the desert of this word I will find the right way to KINGDOM of HEAVEN! Where God will live with us and we will not need any other light…because God will be our light! God already created new world and new city for us (last chapters of Revelation in Bible)…where all believers from all nations will bow the knees and praise the ONLY ONE LIVING GOD, not stupid idols or ideals of crazy people and evil spirits but the Creator of universe. Because He only worth to be praised for what He IS. For He loves all of us. He is faithful to us. For His unlimited mercy, grace, and comfort we will praise Him here on the earth and eternally in His Kingdom.

When I studied Qur’an i was just shoked that Qur’an is almost the same as Bible. I was so much confused. It is very dangerous even for strong christians to study deeply Qur’an forgeting to study more deeply Bible. BECAUSE Qur’an is like contrafait. Please forgive me my brothers that I am saying it so directly and some of you can think that I am insulting Islam. But the TRUTH is TRUTH and we should not call black as almost black! Or green as mix of a few other colors!
What is contrafait? Or pirated copy? Did you see Chinese telephone? It looks like Panasonic but its name is Panaphonic. What is the difference? Spelling! This -s- is very important but it is not in new telephone and there are many other inside discrepancies. But for people who are not strong in Faith of Jesus is could be very confusing and it could lead us astray.
But as we know the Truth is One and Jesus or Issa Al Massih claimed to be this TRUTH, the Way and the Life then if you are missionary among Muslims, STUDY first Bible and Word of God because only His TRUTH will set our Arabs and Muslims FREE of their sins. Only This Truth- Jesus- will call them sons of God and His Inheritance!
As we know Qur’an has hundreds of contradictions and later we will discuss with you some of them but brothers let me ask you ONE question:
Can God have contradictions if He is TRUTH? – NO…no…NO! If No then we need to find this Truth where there are NO contradictions! Holy Spirit please show us Your Truth- Yourself God- to worship You in Truth and Spirit! Amen.

I will accept your offer of being moderator of this forum. I will state here and right now, that the Muslim people are my brothers and sisters. And I do love them all. Are we not taught that we must love everyone? I have much to teach them, and they have much to teach me. And maybe we will learn something from each other. Even now, when I read the Bible, many questions come up in my head. Keeps me searching. And reading both books. Lies has been spread about GOD and Jesus and everybody. This is the work of the devil I tell you. Only if I could explain to you what I have discovered in the very same book that you read from. The Bible. These so called Christians have mocked GOD and Jesus. And they will burn in hell for it. They lie about GOD. They lie about Jesus. Or maybe they do not understand. Many religions have been started by the lies of man. Who can straigten it out? GOD HIMSELF. GOD has sent this world a strong delusion. And it is called religion. But some have sight to see the puzzle he sent, and can solve it. And I believe the ones that attempt to solve it-will be in heaven. God did not fullfill prophecy about Ishmael yet. When will it be fullfilled? I pray that it is in my lifetime. GOD is preparing the Muslim people for something, that should be an example to us.
I want to be strong in faith like them. They are united in faith like the Christians should. Why can we Christians not unite like the Muslims? Why so much division? I will learn the Quran. I will study. I believe it is a mystery from GOD also. Just like the Bible is also a mystery. And we must solve it.

Hello to you all,
I am Freeborn, and have just joined here. I do not know much about Muslims. But I do know about Jesus Christ and the KJV true Scriptures.
I will try to read some and get to know how you all work this site. Hope I may be a blessing to someone.
Truth is all that set anyone FREE. Truth is God’s Word.
Jesus is God’s son. Jesus is my Lord and my God and my Saviour. But he is a man, whom God set up to rule on God’s throne as our God.

Welcome to the group. If you need anything, please let us know. I love Jesus Christ also. He died for all sinners. Would you not agree? Him dying was foretold by the prophets of along time ago. Long before he got here. Jesus said:
Matthew 7:7-8 (KJV)
7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
That still holds true today on what Jesus said. Jesus wants all people to seek. But seek what may I ask? I think he meant to seek forgiveness of sins and stuff like that. Please remember that God is not concerned with worldly things, such as cars , money, and material things. He is concerned with the condition of a persons soul. Would you not agree?

Get Out of the Box

Do you feel stifled: creatively, personally, professionally, spiritually? Have you been confined to the box of your own design with seemingly no way out? According to Joseph Avakian, creative genius, father, husband, and speaker extraordinaire, there are 6 strongholds of the enemy that are highly effective in crippling our progress as followers of Jesus Christ. They are:
1. Fear: Fear can be mentally and physically paralyzing. Often irrational and unfounded, fear is poisonous. It leaves us stagnant, unable to move forward. And it disqualifies us from success before we even begin.
2. Comparison: Comparison always leaves one party labeled as “lesser.” God uniquely hand-crafted each of His creations. They were not made to be compared to each other.
3. Criticism: Criticism is the byproduct of a prideful heart and an insensitive spirit to the perspective of others. This plague rapidly affects all within earshot, destroying everything in its path (leadership, credibility, positive attitudes, evangelism, opportunities, etc.) The critical tongue is a razor blade, inflicting deep wounds that can take years to repair. It also assumes that it has the right to criticize, coming from a place of superiority that should be reserved for God alone.
4. Egoism: Egoism is the ignorant belief that your way is the best way. It neglects to place value on other cultures or attempt to understand different people. It also fails to consider the Lord’s perspective on His creation.
5. Arrogance: Arrogance isolates. It puts itself on a pedestal, exalted above all others, yet at the end of the day the pedestal is a lonely place. Arrogance is a deadly cancer to community, and opposed by God Himself. (Proverbs 8:13)
6. Control: Are you a control freak? The illusion of control is a strong addiction to many. It cripples faith and attempts to do things on its own, without help from the Lord or others.
So how do we get out of the proverbial box? We must begin to move in the opposite spirit. For each stronghold of Satan there is a directly opposing (and stronger) force of God. Joseph’s 6 ways for overcoming these strongholds are:
1. Agape love: Agape love is not just any kind of love. It is the unconditional love of the Father. It is not contingent upon our performance, and it never fails. Most importantly, “There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear.” (1 John 4:18) Knowing and understanding this love makes us capable of living a life unconstrained by the paralysis of fear.
2. Identity: When you truly begin to know and understand your identity in Christ, the spirit of comparison evaporates. You were fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of your Heavenly Father, created to be a unique being incomparable to others. When we grasp our eternal identity, we are free to pursue our own unique callings, putting into practice our individual giftings and talents.
3. Exhortation: Simply put, exhortation is speaking the truth in love. Rather than producing the cutting wounds of criticism, exhortation produces lasting change because it is driven by love and founded in truth. Instead of criticizing others, take the harder step and disciple them, spend time with them, understand their perspective, and establish relational equity with them. We must refuse to take the easy way out, for only when an unconditionally loving relationship has been established can we be empowered to walk beside someone as they pursue righteousness.
4. Generosity: Generosity is a powerful warrior against the self-centered spirit of egoism. It requires you to die to yourself to freely give of your time, encouragement, forgiveness, compassion, finances, affection, etc.
5. Humility: Humility is taking an accurate assessment of yourself and walking in the truth of who you are. It does not minimize itself, nor does it puff itself up with pride. It is willing to follow the Lord wherever He may take them, doing whatever He asks along the way, slaughtering arrogance, and building a strong community based on authenticity.
6. Freedom: When we are willing to let go of the metaphorical reins of our lives and let the Lord take over, we are free to experience the incredible plans He has designed for us. When we stop trying to control every aspect of every situation, we are free to enjoy life the way God wants us to. I love the song that proclaims: “Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” So true it is.
Walking in the things of the Lord empowers us to crush the constraints of this world, live in freedom and righteousness, and progress into deeper intimacy with God and others. The Lord didn’t design us to be confined. He created us for freedom in Him. It is my fervent prayer that you would let Him let loose your chains today!
Well… Hello There World

It was my heart’s desire to be able to take the time to respond to each and every person who commented on my blog individually, and in time I still plan to do so. For now, however, since I am leaving for Dharmapuri, India this Thursday and still have many preparations to make, I am praying that this post will some how communicate what is in my heart to you, my wonderful readers.
First of all, I want the whole world to know that I had no idea I was going to be on Freshly Pressed. “Becoming famous” via WordPress is a laughable thought to me. I am far more interested in cultivating relationships with people and encouraging them in their journey with the Lord. I am interested in answering tough questions from those who seek answers, though I don’t have all the answers myself. Please feel free to ask me questions and offer your own opinions, but please be respectful of this place and of the people here.
That being said I want to offer some context to those of you who are newer followers of my blog. Since no post or opinion or blog was created in a vacuum, it may help you to understand what I mean if you understand a bit more about me. I am a 21-year-old American girl from California. I’m a follower of Jesus and I’m currently following Him on a mission with an amazing interdenominational organization called Youth With A Mission (or YWAM). I have been in a Discipleship Training School in Kona, Hawaii since April of this year and this Thursday, July 1st, 2010 I am heading with a team of 20 young people to India to: serve the people, live among them, learn from them, and share with them the Good News of Jesus Christ. I will be stationed in Dharmapuri (in Southern India) for three months.
I am not at all interested in changing the culture of India. God loves India with her beautiful colors and bustling cities, and I know I will love her too. An organized system of degradation, however, is not culture. Whether it is upheld through religion or social structure is irrelevant. Basic morality, I believe, transcends culture, religion, and society. It is universal. Human beings are created equal. I believe they are created equal because their Creator loved each and every one of them and made them in His image. God loves His children more than we will ever understand, and He has called us to love each other as He has loved us. Wherever there is hate, wherever there is injustice, wherever there are lies that slander the very image of God, I will stand in opposition.
What right do I have to do that? Long before there were wars, long before the idea of conquering land and drawing political lines of power, long before taxation or presidents or kings or queens, this world belonged to its Creator, the one true King. Though pride and greed and hatred have invaded this planet, God never signed over the deed. This world is still His. India is His. America is His. And His culture is one of love. So when God’s children bring His pure, unadultered love, what they are really doing is restoring this planet to its true culture.
Through prayer, married with action and sacrifice, this world will be restored. Lasting restoration, not through human strength, but through the power of God is a reality. I know God longs to heal the hearts of His children, to lift them out of their darkest pit, to give them a new identity. To those that cry, “Where is God in this world of heartbreak and despair?” I cry with you! Jesus told us to weep with those that weep and my heart literally breaks for the heartbroken. This is a fallen world made broken through the free will of man. And though I’m just a broke missionary, I offer you a priceless gem…
Silver and gold have I none, but such as I have give I thee…
All I have is love. I will love you. I will care for you. I will cry with you and work with you. Take heart, love will restore this world.

God in the Bible claims that it teaches the true answers to these questions
Psalms 119:105 – Your word is a LAMP to my feet and a LIGHT to my path.

Ever present help
Thank you Lord for being our strength and hope, our Guide and Comforter. I pray for the people who have been abominably treated and have had their hopes and dreams dashed. May your Love shine through us and touch others in this world.

Guide the hands of all the doctors and support staff in the operating room as baby colt has his extensive open heart surgery in the morning. His mom and dad know that You are in control. Wrap them in Your loving arms and give them peace.
