 The King of Kings
Brothers, soon we all will be witnesses of the Christmas celebration all over the world. Christmas Day is a holiday observed generally on December 25 to commemorate the birth of Jesus/’Isa Al Massih. The date is not known to be the actual birthday of Jesus. But this day one more time gives us a chance to recall or meditate on events and the Holy Scripture of God to SEE our current position before God and in retrospect and looking into our future. Today let’s allow God to explain us who He is putting things in perspective.
Jesus the Messianic King is born in Bethlehem, in Judea (now Palestine).
Do you know and realize that the title given to Jesus in the Bible, “KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS” is at odds with the Qur’an? Not only does the Qur’an denounce calling any human being LORD, the Ahadith state: Allah’s Apostle said, “The most awful name in Allah’s sight on the Day of Resurrection, will be (that of) a man calling himself Malik Al-Amlak (the king of kings).” (Sahih Bukhari, vol. 8, number 224)
Who is this King? After Jesus was born, Wise Men, the Magi, also referred to as the Three Wise Men, are a group of distinguished foreigners who are said to have visited Jesus after His birth, bearing gifts. They came to look for Him, probably from an area which is now in either Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia or the Yemen. They brought with them three gifts.
After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east came to Jerusalem and asked, ‘Where is the ONE who has been born King of the Jews? We saw His star in the east and have come to worship Him.’ When King Herod heard this he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him. When he had called together all the people’s chief priests and teachers of the law, he asked them where the Christ was to be born. ‘In Bethlehem in Judea,’ they replied, ‘for this is what the prophet has written:
“‘But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah; for out of you will come a Ruler who will be the Shepherd of my people Israel.'”
So, as we can see the birth of Isa Al Massih was in Bethlehem and it was the fulfillment of the prophecy said by God many centuries BEFORE His birth on earth. Why? Because Jesus was really born in Bethlehem!!! As God foretold it through prophets!
On coming to the house, the Magi saw the child with His mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped Him. Then they opened their treasures and presented Him with gifts of gold and of frankincense and of myrrh. The mystery of the Incarnation of God in human body became evident and seen by many people. God became a Man. God sent His Son to be born in human body on earth to REVEAL the nature or essence of God- LOVE. Many people worshipped false gods and idols but God chose one group of people- Jews- to give them hundreds of prophecies on the birth, life and death of the ONE Man who should be called the REDEEMER of people. He should be the ONE who takes the sin of the world to make us FREE of our sins. Muslims can say that Jesus is not Ibn Allah. But in this case you CLAIM that Allah is a LIAR. God/Allah is not playing with us in games! He gave us His prophecies like bread or food. You can accept this bread and survive during the year of calamity or you can reject this food and then you will be left ALONE dieying from spiritual and physical destruction and your sins. God was not playing in games when He said in HIS Holy Scripture:
“Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let the sea resound and all that is in it; let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them. Then all the trees of the forest will sing for joy; let them sing before the LORD, for he comes, he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples with equity.” (Psalm 96:11-13)
One can see clearly in the prophecies of Allah that the Messiah is tasked with ruling in the name of God. A famous prophesy reads, “But you Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be RULER over Israel whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.” The prophet continues, “Therefore Israel will be abandoned until the time when she who is in labour gives birth and the rest of his brothers return to join the Israelites. He will stand and shepherd his flock in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God… for then his greatness will reach to the ends of the earth. And he will be their peace.” (Micah 5:2-5) Brothers, here God CLEARLY said that Isa Al Massih will be Malik/King! Therefore Israel will be abandoned until the time when the rest of His brothers Arabs and Muslims and gentiles return to join the Israelites in the WORSHIP of the TRUE Allah Jesus. That’s why many Jews are not believers in Jesus. They refused to believe in Ibn Allah, that’s why they are ABANDONED by Allah. But soon they will SEE Isa Al Massih and they will worship Him. Is the Messiah’s Kingdom local or global? In other words, “Is Jesus the King of the Jews only or is He also King over Arabs and the whole world? Since the Messiah’s greatness extends to “the ends of the earth, as we can see it in the prophecy above, the implication is that His Kingdom would be worldwide! Speaking of the Isa Al Massih, a prophet Zechariah prophesied, “Rejoice greatly, O Daughter of Zion! Shout, Daughter of Jerusalem! See your King comes to you, righteous and having salvation, … He will proclaim peace to the nations. His rule will extend from sea to sea and from the River to the ends of the earth.” (Zechariah 9:9-10)
Lets summarize what we’ve explained: Soon the world is invited to celebrate the Coming of its King. Who is this King? We traced a few prophecies that foretell Isa Al Masih’s reign, notably the worldwide scope. Now we’ve reached a point where we need to consider: Have these predictions really been fulfilled? We can discuss over 300 prophecies said by God many centuries before the birth of Isa Al Massih that Jesus should be the King and the Lord and the Redeemer of all people on earth. According to the prophecies of Allah, He should take the sin of the world and die on our place to make us free of our sins. But let’s look what Jesus said. Even His life shows us that He was indeed, a King: Shortly before the crucifixion Jesus was interrogated by the Roman governor. Pilate pointedly asked Jesus was, “Are you the king of the Jews?” To which Jesus replied, “Yes, it is as you say.” (Luke 23:3) Then Pilate instructed those crucifying Jesus Christ to nail a title above His head which reads, King of the Jews. But is that all it means? Who is able to forgive sins to people? Only Allah. Jesus forgave sins to people. Who is able to cure incurable diseases and illnesses? Only God. Jesus cured such people. Who is able to return soul into a human? Only God. Jesus resurrected people. Perhaps you find these questions perplexing? Regardless how you feel, one thing is certain: we’re not talking about a trivial matter or about a false prophet, or about an average prophet! We are talking about ONE Man who is awaited by Islam and Jews and Christians to come back to earth. Let us ponder some words of warning from Jesus, “On judgment day many will say to Me, Lord, Lord … Not everyone who calls out to Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of My Father in heaven.” (Matthew 7:22,21)
Jesus acknowledged His rightful position as King. It is clear that Jesus will ultimately JUDGE “all the nations” as King. We read this in Matthew 25:31-34, “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, he will sit on his throne in heavenly glory. All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. Then the King will say to those on his right, …”
Look brothers what Allah said about the worldwide reign of Ibn Allah: Revelation chapter 19 verses 1,6,7,11,16: “I heard what sounded like the roar of a great multitude in heaven shouting, “Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God … for our LORD God Almighty reigns. Let us rejoice … I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war… On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written, ‘KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.’”
Acts 4:11-12 states, “Salvation is found in no-one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”
It means brothers, that DURING the Judgment Day the ONE Man who is the Son of God is going to judge you and show you His pierced hands. He was killed instead of you on the cross to forgive your sins. But if you reject Him and will not believe in Him, then you will reject Allah. How in this case your sins will be forgiven? If you reject Ibn Allah and His Father then how your iniquities, sins, transgressions, crimes will be forgiven? God said that there is NO OTHER name for you Muslims to be saved! The event of the incarnation, holy birth of this Ruler is the reason for the Christmas season. Christmas is the opportunity to worship God, to KNOW Him, to bow down before Him in your hearts and minds and bodies in your homes, in masjid, in kanisa, in your lives! Salvation from Allah is a result of His mercy. God gives you salvation and eternal life ALREADY NOW during your earthly life. Accept God by accepting Ibn Allah! Repent of your sins, confess them to Allah during your prayer and COMMIT your heart to God to live in FAITH in Ibn Allah, to walk in His forgiveness of your sins and His love toward you! “For He (God) delivered us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the Kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” (Colossians 1:13,14)

And Lord I am praying about any person who is reading my message and if they dont have confidence that they are ready for Your return, help them to come to You today and get right with You now. Amen.
First, recognise brother, that you are sinner. Be sorry for your sin. And ask God to forgive you right now. The way as we do that TROUGH PRAYER. Contradictions in Islam and Qur’an
This is a refutation of Arsalan Iftikhar’s “Murder has no religion”. Arsalan Iftikhar is an international human rights lawyer and former National Legal Director of the Council on American Islamic Relations (the organization named by U.S. Federal prosecutors in 2007 as an un-indicted co-conspirator in a Hamas funding case involving the Holy Land Foundation). He is a contributing author of an award-winning book and is well-known for his interviews, commentaries and analyses which have regularly appeared in virtually every major media outlet in the world. In this article we will analyse a piece he had written for CNN, titled “Murder has no religion”. It was written in response to the Fort Hood massacre, in which the “Allahu Akbar” screaming U.S. Army major, Nidal Malik Hasan, murdered 13 people and wounded 30 others at a US military installation. AnalysisMost of the world’s 1.57 billion Muslims know that the Holy Quran states quite clearly that, “Anyone who kills a human being … it shall be as though he has killed all of mankind. … If anyone saves a life, it shall be as though he has saved the lives of all of mankind.”
No, it is not clear at all. It is unfortunate that even his opening sentence is a mistruth. There is no such verse in the Qur’an. What Iftikhar has presented us with is a butchered and out-of-context paraphrasing of Qur’an 5:32 meant to mislead those who have little knowledge of Islamic scripture. This verse is examined in detail here. In summary; it is written in past tense, and clearly does not apply to Muslims but to “the Children of Israel” i.e. the Jews. When the clause (omitted from the verse by Iftikhar) which allows killing is reinserted and we read it in context with the next two verses, it is in actual fact a chilling warning to non-believers who cause “mischief” in the land. Accordingly, it should come as little surprise to any reasonable observer that when Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan recently committed his shocking acts of mass murder at Fort Hood, Texas, America’s Muslim community of over 7 million felt an added sense of horror and sadness at this senseless attack against the brave men and women of the U.S. armed forces.
Another mistruth. Contrary to the bloated figures provided by CAIR, and accepted by many apologists, media outlets, and even the President of the United States, and in spite of the massive influx of Muslim refugees, a Pew survey carried-out in October, 2009 found there are only 2.454 million Muslims in the U.S. Percentage-wise, Islam represents a minuscule 0.8 percent of the United States religious make-up. Quite possibly the message he was trying to convey to us was that there are many Muslims in America yet there are so few terrorist attacks on American soil. Unfortunately this is not the case. There have been several terror attacks in the U.S. since 9/11 and countless foiled attempts. Furthermore, the relative silence among America’s Muslim community and the worlds Muslim population in general suggests a passive acceptance of violence perpetuated in the name of Islam. There is no way he could possibly know how America’s Muslims felt in regards to the senseless deaths of innocent civilians at the hands of this Muslim terrorist, and his empty words are meant to pull at America’s heart strings. True to form, many conservative media pundits wasted little time in pointing to reports that Hasan had said “Allahu Akbar” (Arabic for “God is great”) at the start of his murderous rampage. News coverage continuously showed the looping convenience store black-and-white videotape footage of Hasan wearing traditional white Islamic garb.
Another mistruth. The Arabic word kebir means “great,” while akbar means “greater”. These two words are not interchangeable. For evidence of this, we need only look to Qur’an 2:219 which uses both words. The word for “God” in Arabic is “Ilah” not “Allah”, as evidenced in the Shahada. Therefore we can rightly conclude that “Allahu akbar” does not mean “God is great”, but “Allah is greater“. This is the traditional war cry of Jihadists and was used by Muhammad himself before he launched his attack on the Jews of Khaibar. And there is no reason why the media should be criticized for reporting the words of a terrorist before his murderous rampage, and there is no reason why video footage of the terrorist in question should be suppressed. Does Arsalan Iftikhar wish to inhibit reporting on certain criminals based on their own choice to overtly parade their religious affiliation? Muslims who label themselves as “moderate” need to become assertive against their co-religionists which they refer to as “extremists,” rather than attempt to hide religious extremism from the eyes of non-Muslims by sweeping matters under the carpet. First of all, someone simply saying “Allahu Akbar” while committing an act of mass murder no more makes their criminal act “Islamic” than a Christian uttering the “Hail Mary” while murdering an abortion medical provider, or someone chanting “Onward, Christian Soldiers” while bombing a gay nightclub, would make their act “Christian” in nature.
Iftikhar must be confused. He seems to be contradicting himself here. If he is trying to persuade his readers that these acts can be ascribed to a religion, then he is doing a great job with the above paragraph. However, what he is most likely attempting here is a logical fallacy known as ad hominem tu quoque. It is something that is used when a position is indefensible. Hence it has become a staple for Islamic apologists who are left with no other defense than to shame critics into silence by disparaging other faiths in an attempt to bring them down to the same level as Islam. If we delve a little deeper, the weakness of this argument becomes apparent. Ignoring the perpetrators possible religious affiliations, the number of individuals killed in connection with abortion providers in the past 15 years does not even reach double figures. In case the reader is interested, the exact figure is 9. If we look to other faiths, in the U.K., 92 per cent of terrorist-related prisoners unsurprisingly describe themselves as Muslim, while five are Buddhist and one is a self-described Pagan. Does this mean Buddhism is a violent religion? Of course not. It is only natural that there are a few hateful adherents in any religion; its human nature and you will find this in all groups no matter what world-view they adhere to. If violent acts perpetrated by Muslims were as rare as it is among adherents of other faiths, then Iftikhar may have a point. Sadly this is not the case. The number of individuals killed in religiously motivated attacks by the hands of Muslims in 2008 alone numbers 10,779. That’s more people killed by Islamists in 2008 than in all 350 years of the Spanish Inquisition combined. Simply put; murder is murder and has no religion whatsoever.
This, like many of his statements, is nonsensical. Religiously motivated murder obviously has a religion. Also in counter to his previous statement, it was not simply a case of a madman screaming “Allahu Akbar” while committing a random act of mass murder, but a premeditated act of religious violence. On the day of the massacre before leaving for the military base, Major Hasan gave a neighbor a copy of the Qur’an and told her, “I’m going to do good work for God”. He once gave a lecture to colleagues in which he said non-Muslims “should be beheaded and have boiling oil poured down their throats,” and on another occasion he told them non-Muslims were “infidels condemned to hell who should be set on fire.”[12] He had also previously attempted to contact extremists associated with Al Qaeda, but was not taken seriously. Professor Juan Cole of the University of Michigan once wrote that, “One most certainly does insult Muslims by tying their religion to movements such as terrorism or fascism. Muslims perceive a double standard in this regard: Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols would never be called ‘Christian terrorists’ even though they were in close contact with the Christian Identity Movement.
This is possibly one of the most widely perpetuated myths in the West. While his parents were Catholics, Timothy McVeigh was a self-described Agnostic, so unless we are to determine religious affiliation through genetic ties, to describe him as a “Christian terrorist” would be quite a stretch for anyones imagination. Unlike Nidal Malik Hasan, McVeigh did not cry “Jesus is Greater,” or “Buddha is Greater,” because he was motivated by his hatred of the federal government, and not by his non-existent religious beliefs. No one would speak of Christo-fascism or Judeo-fascism as the Republican[s] … speak of Islam-o-fascism. … [Many people also] point out that [it was] persons of Christian heritage [who] invented fascism, not Muslims.”
Unlike other faiths, Islam is a political ideology as well as a religion. It is an accepted fact among Muslims that there is no concept of “separation of ‘Church’ and State” in the Islamic faith, so it is only natural that they would desire to replace existing laws with the Shari’ah once Muslims become the majority in a democratic nation, in fact this is an obligatory requirement. Even as a minority, Muslims have called for the implementation of Shari’ah in many countries the world over. People of a “Christian heritage” have inventented numerous things, many of a positive nature, but this hardly makes the inventors or their inventions anymore “Christian” than the Dalai Lama, and quite rightly, no one would speak of “Christo-fascism” or “Judeo-fascism,” as other faiths have no equivalent to the Shari’ah. The concept of religious state laws do not exist in Christianity, and Israel, the world’s only Jewish state, does not apply religious laws. Conversely, there are many Muslim terrorist organizations who aim to install Shari’ah by force, and the majority of the worlds predominantly Muslim nations adhere to some form of Shari’ah or enforce religious laws in parallel with the countries legal system. According to Pentagon statistics, there were over 3,400 American Muslims serving in the active-duty military as of April 2008. The Wall Street Journal reported that many officials believe “the actual number of [American] Muslim soldiers may be at least 10,000 higher than the Pentagon statistics.”
Criticism of Islam and its negative influence on many of its adherents and the criticism of Muslims as individuals are not the same thing. Honest critics of Islam do not claim every single person who identifies themselves as “Muslim” is a terrorist or “extremist”, yet apologists never seem to tire, as demonstrated by Iftikhar above, of attempting to conflate the two issues. Pointing to peaceful Muslims, who are generally ignorant of the tenants of their own faith, is an overused strawman. Thus, with thousands of patriotic American Muslim women and men proudly serving in our United States Army in places like Iraq and Afghanistan, perhaps it would behoove our army leaders to consider sending a strong message of American unity by appointing an American Muslim to be a part of the prosecution team against Hasan. This would help show that the mass murders allegedly committed by Hasan have nothing to do with the teachings of our religion.
To anyone but the most naive among us, this would not prove a thing. When you go to Mecca, you can stand over this meteor rock, wag your finger at it, and say, “You are free to do anything you want, but do not degrade yourself.” No religion is good at putting restrictions on its god than Islam. What is the “degrade” of which Mr. Walid Ashoor speaks? He explains: “What for He (Allah) comes into the womb of a woman and let his creatures crucify him to save us?” We have to understand this: What Walid Ashoor calls a “degrade,” The Bible calls “compared by love.” John 3:16 reads, “For God so loved the world, that he (was compared by love to) gave his only begotten Son, so that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” And since nowhere in the Quran are we told that Allah is love, we can understand why he (Allah) is unable to make Mr. Walid Ashoor understand what it means to be “compared by love.”

I will take thee and raise thee to Myself and clear thee (of the falsehoods) of those who blaspheme; I will make those who follow thee superior to those who reject faith, to the Day of Resurrection: Then shall ye all return unto me, and I will judge between you of the matters wherein ye dispute.” In his book entitled “The Corruption of Moslem Minds” (Barbed Wire Publishers, Las Cruces, New Mexico 2002, pp. 61-62), Dr. Nader Pourhassan writes: “The first time I read this verse (Quran 3:54) in the Koran, I could hardly believe my eyes. Even today, any Muslims I discuss this verse with is shocked. In the Koran, God tells all Muslims that the followers of Jesus will be exalted above the disbelievers until the Day of Resurrection. While there are some verses in the Koran that promise the world to the Muslims people if they follow its teachings, these are followed up with predictions that they will disobey their holy book, and not uphold its commands. God’s prediction that the Christians will succeed in doing so is even clearer in the following verse.” (Ibid., pp. 103-104) Quran 61:14 “O ye who believe! Be ye helpers of Allah: As said Jesus the son of Mary to the Disciples, “Who will be my helpers to (the work of) Allah?” Said the disciples, “We are Allah’s helpers!” then a portion of the Children of Israel believed, and a portion disbelieved: But We gave power to those who believed (Israel), against their enemies, and they became the ones that prevailed.” He concludes: “A Muslim may wish to argue that these verses refer to Muhammad and the Muslims as those who truly believe in Christ and dominate till the Resurrection Day. This explanation fails to resolve the issue. The pastor of a Gospel for Asia-related church in Sikkim, India, is asking for prayer today as Buddhists in his area are hosting a visit by the Dalai Lama. The Tibetan Buddhist spiritual leader is visiting this Himalayan state to participate in a conference. Pastor Nandan Reddiar said that, while his congregation is growing, they are facing strong opposition from other religions in the area, and opponents are taking advantage of the Lama’s visit to increase the pressure. “Some in this society are trying to convert our believers to their faith, either by threats of violence or by enticing them with worldly things,” pastor Nandan said. GFA President K.P. Yohannan said it is ironic that “among those opposing the Christians are followers of the Dalai Lama, who preaches a message of non-violence and has been awarded the Nobel Peace prize.” Invited by State The Dalai Lama will also visit the state’s Tibetan community, conduct a “teaching” in a sports stadium and bless a massive statute of Buddha now under construction. He will spend time at several Buddhist monasteries across Sikkim, including one in the city where Pastor Nandan serves. In fact, the government is building a special retreat center for the Dalai Lama at that location. He worked his way up to become a lama, or religious teacher, which elevated him to a more respected and “enlightened” status in his religion. But as time went on, Panchu grew increasingly disillusioned with his beliefs. When visiting the home of someone who suffered from sickness, he would listen as a more experienced lama read from the sacred texts and chanted mantras for the appeasement of the spirit gods. Often one visit would last several days. Panchu knew it only took four to five hours to recite the mantras, but the longer the senior lama stayed, the more food and rice beer he received from his unsuspecting hosts, many of whom were poor with little or no education. At the end of the visit, this lama would also receive some money and a plate of rice. If he didn’t feel the sum of money was enough, he would start to grumble. “It used to be quite embarrassing,” Panchu remembers, adding, “Seeing all this, I was so discouraged that I wanted to quit. It seemed to me that to be a lama is to live the life of a beggar as well as a robber.” Due to his many responsibilities in the monastery and the heavy influence of Buddhism in his village, Panchu found himself trapped between intense community pressure and a highly unfulfilling belief system—with no apparent way of escape. “I used to think, ‘Buddhism has never given me peace of mind,’ ” Panchu recalls. “There was nothing that really benefited my soul, no matter what I did or gave.” Removing the Barriers
But Panchu’s heart was troubled by his daughter Sarika’s strange illness, which caused her to fall unconscious and water to constantly drip from her head. He tried to use his powers as a lama but was unable to cure her. Although he sought the help of other lamas and even witch doctors, his daughter’s condition remained the same. Seeing Sarika’s condition and discerning that she was afflicted by demonic forces, the women’s team prayed earnestly and with compassion for her healing and deliverance-and the Lord completely restored her. Sarika responded with heartfelt faith in Jesus. Chudan also received Christ. Panchu could not deny that his daughter’s healing must be a miracle, but still he did not choose to trust in Christ. The incident did help him see how deeply the women’s team cared for his family. Meanwhile, Panchu was also suffering from his own mysterious illness: His legs hurt badly, his knees swelled up, he suffered from asthma and his skin was turning darker. Doctors could find no medical explanation for his condition. He tried the rituals, ceremonies and magic arts he had learned, but all his efforts were in vain. Finally, he consulted a senior lama in hopes of a favorable outcome, but instead the man prophesied that Panchu would die within three months. The prognosis disturbed Panchu and only added to his growing disillusionment with the Buddhist faith. “From now on, I will call the Christians and ask them to pray for me,” Panchu remembers angrily telling the senior lama. Manmaya and the women’s team continued to visit frequently and pray earnestly for Panchu’s healing and salvation. They told him their God had the power to heal, and their words gave him reason to hope. The team members also made arrangements for a GFA mobile team to visit Panchu’s village and show a film on the life of Christ. The love of Jesus he saw on the screen and in the lives of these young women was softening his heart and removing the barriers to faith in Christ. Then one day, Panchu discovered to his joy that the Lord had healed him completely, and within the next few days, both Panchu and his wife put their trust in Christ. Following a God Who Loves  Today Panchu’s life has been radically transformed. He once drank heavily and would sometimes verbally and physically abuse his family members. Christ has set him free from these destructive habits. All six of his children have given their lives to Jesus as well. Panchu has two brothers who are still Buddhist lamas. His heart yearns for them to find freedom and salvation in Christ. A fellowship group now meets regularly in Panchu’s home to worship and study God’s Word—a light to the community and a source of great encouragement for new believers. Panchu would like to donate some of his property for a church building, and he has a vibrant passion to see his village reached for Christ. Panchu is amazed at how the Lord has changed his life and met his deepest needs. “My family deities that I worshipped didn’t heal me; rather, they were angry with me. So instead of dying, I chose to live by following a God who loves and gives healing to me.” And Panchu is deeply grateful for the team of young women whom the Lord used to start it all—who faithfully climbed the mountain path to his village and pointed him and his family to eternal life.

PrayersChristmas Prayer Heavenly Father, Please forgive me for being so grumpy as I trudge through the never-ending tasks set before me this holiday season. My to-do list seems to keep growing with shopping, church services, trimming the tree, selling my old car, and family gatherings—and I’m running short of time! Restore the joy of Christmas to my heart and help me to relax each day, and make time for You–my one true Source of Joy. Amen. My Father Comfort for the Mothers My Lord of Lords, and King of Kings, me Dear Lord Jesus, I won’t be alone and lonely during Christmas – Thanks for praying Dear Heavenly Father, I will be away from my family this Christmas. Please keep me from being alone and lonely during this time. I am praying for a meaningful and sacred Christmas. My Christmas time is in your hand, Father Lord. In Jesus Holy Name, Forgiving others God expects us to forgive others just as he has forgiven us. God, who is perfect, sacrificed his Son Jesus so that our sin penalty (death) would be paid. Because of our faith in Christ (and his sacrifice), God forgives us from our sin. If we then refuse to forgive another person for an offense, we are dishonoring the forgiveness that God gave us. God will hold us accountable for this as Jesus illustrated in the sobering parable of the unforgiving servant (Matthew 18:21-35). Another important aspect of unforgiveness is that it is a form of pride. When we’ve been wronged by someone, we have a natural desire to see justice done. When we withhold forgiveness, we’re basically passing judgment on the person. God instructs us to trust in him for the execution of justice. The scripture says, “Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, ‘Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,’ says the Lord” (Romans 12:19 NKJV). As God’s followers, we must submit our desire for justice to him and trust it in his hand. This can be very hard to do, especially if someone has spitefully mistreated us or someone we love. Forgiving someone is not condoning what they have done, but rather, it is laying the case before God’s throne and asking him to deal with it according to his will. We have to remember that God saw the evil that was done. He knows how deeply we’ve been hurt. If we can come to the place where we’re willing to forgive the person through Christ’s love, we will be able to move forward and leave the burden of justice in his capable hands. Are you ready to forgive? Not everyone reading this will be ready to forgive the person(s) who wronged them. It may take time to get that place of being willing to forgive. If this is your situation, I encourage you to ask God to give you the desire and ability to forgive “from the heart” as Jesus mentioned in Matthew 18:35 NIV. Unforgiveness Unforgiveness is something that can really hold us back from escaping the corruption of sin and living for God. Unforgiveness comes in many forms, such as bitterness, hatred, malice, holding grudges and resentment. It can actually block God’s forgiveness of our sin and provides a foothold for the devil to influence our lives. Additionally, unforgiveness can plant a “root of bitterness” in us that leads to various damaging results (e.g. ruins the fruit of the Holy Spirit, stunts spiritual growth, contributes to physical illness). Like acid can destroy the vessel that holds it, so can unforgiveness destroy us when we harbor it. Where do we go now… Heavenly Father; Gratitude comes in many forms. So much in this world amazes me and I am truly blessed to see it in the various forms, thank you! Each moment I stop to look around I see more clarity in what you give, thank you! I am in a state of constant awe as my life unfolds to be more clear. With out you I am truly lost. So much angst in a daily routine that leads to new questions of ambiguous natures. The days I pull through I know it’s you Lord, I push to never loose sight. May I always stay connected and walk the path you created for me. May others reaching for you feel your touch as you heal them, inspire them, and show them the way. May we graciously find our true hearts direction as many of us search for meaning in this life. I for one am calling your name, please hear my prayer. Guide us with your steady hand to the light of your intention. When a Gospel for Asia women’s team reached Panchu’s home for the first time, he was touched that they made the five-hour uphill climb to visit him.
Hearing that the GFA women’s team had started a residential school in their village, Panchu enrolled his daughter Sarika and his youngest son, Chudan. Both children enjoyed the love and nurture they received there, as well as the Bible stories and songs that were taught them.
